From last year:

Deflections
Premier League players will be allowed extra leeway when it comes to ricocheted handballs.

It is often impossible to avoid contact with the ball if it has deflected off the body of an opponent, team-mate, or even another part of the own player.

So a handball will not be awarded if the ball touches a player’s hand/arm directly from their own head/body/foot or the head/body/foot of another player who is close/nearby.

But I'm not sure if it's changed this year.
He wasn't close by and was doing a pretty decent impression of a sign post. Stupid defending, obvious penalty no matter what rules are being applied.

Leeds will probably do well. He's a top coach even if he's a bit of a nutter.

The Scousers are looking in a bit of discomfort at the back. Teams need to get into those gaps in the channels, test them with some good diagonal balls and see what TAA is made of defensively.

Leeds are doing much better after a ropey start.

Man-to-man is great to watch but one ball will split you open
