It depends how you look at it. He's certainly influenced a lot of top coaches but his own management record is unremarkable. He's brought some tactical innovations but his overall skillset is lacking at the elite level. The danger is that we've signed the German version of him :nervous:
Don't say that

Leeds had better at least come out and kick Arsenal around a bit in the second half. It's the least you should be able to expect from this fixture.

Wasn't the game halted earlier because of an incident with the fans?
I don't know what it was about. If it was something being shouted and Saka being the scorer this time, maybe he was right to call him back then. Guess we'll know at half-time.

Are Leeds playing with Covid...this is terrible. Bielsa the nutter will never change his approach though.

Feel sorry for some of these young lads playing for Leeds tonight.

All the chat about the “United DNA” the least you can expect from a Leeds team is a bit of thuggery. This lot seem to be a bunch of absolute fannies though. They cut off their pony tails but that’s not fooling anyone.

Leeds are terrible, Bielsas refusal to change anything given how many of his first 11 are out and the fact it saw them tore to shreds midweek is crazy. I think they'll either go down or sack him soon.

As an aside I think Tyler Roberts must be the worst regular starter for any Premier league side, greedy as anything and never does anything with the ball.

People keep using this argument, and it doesn’t really make any sense. Should they play like Burnley who are struggling just as much? Or Norwich under Farke?

Suddenly playing defensive football isn’t a wonder cure, you get far more points for a win. The only reason they did as well as they did last season is because of what you call a philosophy
When you are 16th in the league, conceding 35 goals, just get battered 7-0 couple days ago, maybe it's time to suddenly play defensive football.

They are three nil down before half time, a few days after losing 7-0.

There's a time and place to play attacking football, sometimes you have to bite the bullet and stay compact.
Just play percentages and hit the channels, rather than build it up all the time.
Like I said, why hasn’t that helped Burnley this season? Or Norwich under Farke? People get hung up on the idea of teams at the bottom of the table playing a certain way. Drastically changing the play style they’ve employed for the last three and a half years isn’t the answer. Suddenly going of from a high pressing man to man system and opting for Burnleyball is going to hinder the side far more than it will help us.

Feck Leeds for making us dream by making us think we were a good team this year.

Yeah, because FM player have more tactical flexibility than Bielsa
Then you’re wasted mate, ring up and see if they’ll take you!

Norwich suddenly went ultra defensive against City, failed to get a shot on target and conceded 5. Suddenly going defensive isn’t the masterplan some of you seem to think it is.

Why have loads of players cut holes in the back of their socks? What’s that all about?
I read somewhere its something to do with circulation and cramping from new socks always being too tight. I googled it about Kyle Walker while back

Funny that last season Leeds did it against us after getting battered at Old Trafford doing the philosophy

Nasty tackle from Xhaka. How the feck has he avoided a yellow, never mind a red card?

Why is he still on the pitch? Yellow for standing in the way of the freekick, yellow at very best for that foul but probably a straight red. Michael Oliver is a fecking dimwit on VAR.

doesn’t step away for the free kick then nastily injures somebody, no card. :nervous:
