There we go. Needed that. Chamberlain’s first goal at Anfield in the league since 19/20.

watching the West Ham v Leeds game, two things are obvious: 1) Rice would be an upgrade on our midfield 2) Raphinha is good enough to get in our current team... cue the abuse
Hardly controversial. Both walk into our team.

Brentford are crap. Watch us make them look like 1970s Brazil on Wednesday.

Did not look offside to me.

Edit: he was ahead of the keeper oh yeah. My mistake.

Eurgh, it's offside but it's going in anyway. I'd like to see those given (unless they're against United, in which case the law is the law).

Even if he’s offside there surely it’s not impacted the players in anyway? The ball has already passed the last WH player and it’s a certain goal. Rules are rules though I suppose.

That shouldn’t be given offside, him being there changes nothing. Rule should be changed for this.

That makes it a subjective rule then, no? It did hit Rodrigo. It’s better being an objective rule rather than up to how a referee is feeling on that particular day.

Does Antonio usually take throw ins? Would have thought West Ham would want their striker in the box.

If it wasn't offside, it would be hand ball as it struck his arm.

If Rodrigo wasn't moaning about Rafinha not cutting it back he wouldn't have got in the way.

Was incredibly unlucky.

What?

It’s very simple. The guy who scored the goal was in an offside position.

Nope. James is reliable, speedy and at the moment a far better player than Sancho. Sancho has better utter tripe unfortunately
Reliable? Far better player than Sancho? Let`s just agree to disagree!

Wait why are people saying this isn't offside? Clearly hits the guy on the line who is in an offside position.
