Premier League Gameweek 3

I have no idea whose going to win the league this year, City are certainly well capable to go toe to toe with Liverpool.

But its going to be won with around 100 points yet again. I find title races very boring like that.
Not their fault the rest of the big clubs are inept.

Yeah weird thing to say when 1 of your goals was scored by a defender and the other two were 90% Luiz being Luiz.

And VAR will get us. Don't forget VAR. And Salah's dives. And the luck. The dastardly luck. Did I miss anything else?

Less opposition goalkeeping errors, less last-minute winners, more injuries to key personnel (particularly your forward players) and God hates you.

That just about covers it.

I wasn't implying you were fortunate in any way, you clearly deserved the win.

It's just saying teams can get away with an average defence in a game where one team's poor defence cost them (and the other had a defender which scored) was weird. Had Arsenal signed a VVD level defender (alright, these don't really exist aside from the man himself .. but someone a hell of a lot more competent than Luiz) then you have a much more competitive game. Instead, they had a clown at the back who was responsible for two goals.

.....and just like you and your ilk were supporting other teams against United while we came from 7 Leagues to reach the 20 (twenty) number of leagues.
Better be quiet mate.
You're just such an anti-Liverpool guy that it's actually funny. You hate us that much that you replied to me once, then thought twice and quoted me again just to have another dig at Liverpool. Adorable.

Which should make it easier to give!

As a free kick, sure. Ref definitely missed a trick there.

I thought you were decent today, just lacking that final killer touch. The way Palace went about winning today reminds me of their win at City last season. Put away a couple of chances and not much else. Heres hoping they continue to find good fortune in Manchester.

.....i disagree, but you certainly play the part of Mother Theresa really well.

Bragging about history and trophies won in the past and supporting whoever plays against you lot. Yep.. Thats Liverpool fans. We didn't cheer on Everton to win trophies though.

I fancy Bournemouth to cause an upset today. They are the right kind of team for it.

You had a banner at Anfield saying: Come back when you win 18 Leagues

well we won 13 of them and you didn't win a single one and you had to tear the banner down!

Hahahahaha

Yeah.. That was a drag :D But we all have to tear banners down now and then, like 'The Chosen One', right?

It's funny but we're getting a bit off topic here :)

Yes we are.

Have a nice Sunday :smirk:

I don’t know why we bother sometimes sending out our lads on loan. Wilson scores away last week at villa and drops to bench today. Howe setting up to be cautious and respectful of City, like all mid table teams try to do, but I bet they still get trashed 4 or 5-0 here. Won’t bother watching.

Ibe and Solanke on the bench for Bournemouth. Getting £35m for those two was shrewd business.

I expect nothing but a thrashing today.

The game will be all over in the first 25 to 30 minutes. City should have beaten Spurs last week. They won't make the same mistake again.

'3 years of excuses & it's still crap....ta,ra Fergie'

Terrible way to treat your manager.
Remember in the weeks before we went to Anfield and drew 0-0 under Jose the Liverpool fans were starting to call for Klopp's head.

Backed Bournemouth or the draw. Could be a shock. City barely scraped past them here at the end of last season if I remember right.

People really need to stop using Twitter as a barometer for any sort of fan opinion on any topic!

You could probably find "Liverpool" fans calling for Klopps head after only getting 97 points and being runners up to City!

OMG I can’t believe KDB hesitates on the ball and holds it far too long he’s not good enough get rid

What do we use as a barometer? Fans always have different opinions. OT never turned on Moyes in the ground but one idiot flew a plane over with a banner. In fact, United haven't turned on any manager in the ground post Ferguson, despite some of the dross on offer.

Surely no fans from other clubs would troll in these tweets :)This one takes the biscuet:

'56% voting for Klopp to be given more time, but 44% saying he should leave now.

The poll was created after one Liverpool fan ringing in to TalkSport and saying that he wanted to see Jurgen Klopp go and be replaced by Tony Pulis'

I was was a footballer I'd just murder the opposition team's best player in the first 2 mins. Ref's are not allowed to book players right at the start of games so I'd be fine.
