At least Arsenal and Chelsea don't look better than us so far.
Chelsea will probably win more games given their attacking intent. Arsenal will get smashed by Liverpool and City but win against most teams.
United? Unpredictably bad.

Depressing watching our rivals play this kind of football. That said, i'd have preferred Arsenal to lose today as you'd expect them to be our rivals, regards top four, along with Spurs and Chelsea.

I have no idea whose going to win the league this year, City are certainly well capable to go toe to toe with Liverpool.

But its going to be won with around 100 points yet again. I find title races very boring like that.

Love playing arsenal at Anfield. They are a big enough team that we are fired up and they come with ambitions of playing. And they are poor enough that we can just pick them off for trying to play against us. Always a good spectacle.

I like Pepe

He will be a top player in my opinion. Would have been great on our right wing.

at least we went more than 24 seconds.
True, but which is worse? Lasting a while but then when you concede you go on to get absolutely battered, or conceding early but actually staying competent throughout.

Chelsea have conceded 7 goals so far, their defense is a shambles. Arsenal have not looked good in any game. Wolves and Palace are both better than Burnley and Newcastle by some margin and Arsenal scraped those games. Leicester is very much in top 4 contention this season.

Don't disagree..just saying that as bad as they are, Chelsea and Arsenal are still likely to finish above United.

That bit of play for VVD, I never understand why it's not obstruction.
Should be imo. But by the rules, it is not since the ball is considered in possession for van dijk given that he can reach it and is nearest to it.

It should be obstruction. These are the things IFAB has to focus on instead of the handball rule. CBs do this way too often, no care for the ball, just blocking a player, any other area of the pitch, it is a FK
