I really don't like Poch"s "I let the players decide who takes the pen" strategy.
Palmer takes the penalties. Just let him do it.
If they had three rounds to find winner it would be good.

I agree it's on Poch, what's most important for any new team is structure and order. Obce they become high performing, then you can allow more independence and freedom.
