What a goal. Villa lead 2-1
The build up play was nice as well. What a goal. Villa lead 2-1
Yeah and also the finish was so clean. The build up play was nice as well.
They are terrible at home for some reason.Everton are hopeless
Let me guess when it's good it's very good but when things aren't going well and you need input from the dugout he changes nothing and just makes like for like subs?Relegation home form. What a let down Ancelotti has been. Fat Sam would have finished on the same points total as this guy and for 1/5th of the price.
I actually wanted him at United at some point. Shows how much I know.Relegation home form. What a let down Ancelotti has been. Fat Sam would have finished on the same points total as this guy and for 1/5th of the price.
Yes, that but even worse, is that there is no style of play. He just seems to rely on his good players playing well and that's about it?Let me guess when it's good it's very good but when things aren't going well and you need input from the dugout he changes nothing and just makes like for like subs?
Just Everton all over, can't kick on when it gets to the crunch. Europa league would still be a good season and they're in the mix for that still. At a time where they've had a great opportunity to put pressure on the teams above them and make a late move for top 4, Everton have hit basically relegation form. 6 points from the last 21 available if this result stays the same
Thought your midfield was way unbalanced and we cut through you no problem. Iwobi and Sigurdsson too similar and Andre Gomes not been the same since broken leg either. Defence always has a mistake in it aswell as we saw in the Spurs game two weeks before with different defence combination. Without Pickford we'd have scored five tonight.Yes, that but even worse, is that there is no style of play. He just seems to rely on his good players playing well and that's about it?
Trust me, if you have watched everton at home this season nothing what happened out there was a surprise.Just Everton all over, can't kick on when it gets to the crunch. Europa league would still be a good season and they're in the mix for that still.
Can't quite believe how well we played, 5 successive passes in games without Grealish feels like an achievement currently so that performance tonight was a nice surprise.
Yeah must admit I've seen you at home v likes of Newcastle, Burnley and Fulham and it hasn't been pretty. Very good away form but can't see you finishing above Spurs or Liverpool and we'd be one point off you if we win the VP game in 10 days or so.Trust me, if you have watched everton at home this season nothing what happened out there was a surprise.
Wasn't there a supporters’ poll there a couple of months back with approval ratings for each club’s then-manager that Ancelotti finished top of? (Or very close to anyway.)Relegation home form. What a let down Ancelotti has been. Fat Sam would have finished on the same points total as this guy and for 1/5th of the price.
I think despite the football being played at times, if we still manage to make it into Europe it would be an excellent achievement so you can’t really say he hasn’t done well in that regard compared to managers before him who have had us in the bottom half and heading towards relegation.Wasn't there a supporters’ poll there a couple of months back with approval ratings for each club’s then-manager that Ancelotti finished top of? Something like 95%+ approval rating among Everton supporters at the time, which I was surprised by as the result we saw last night has been a hallmark of Everton teams the last 6-8 years - including under Ancelotti - regularly beaten at home by what-are-on-paper inferior teams. Ancelotti certainly hasn’t addressed the issue, that’s one thing for sure.
True. Previous regimes were combining bad results with bad performances with bad league positions. At least Ancelotti has you firmly in the top half, competing for European spots. Oh, and he also got the Anfield monkey off your backs, too!I think despite the football being played at times, if we still manage to make it into Europe it would be an excellent achievement so you can’t really say he hasn’t done well in that regard compared to managers before him who have had us in the bottom half and heading towards relegation.
The other struggle is that the managerial market at the moment is a bit dead. Potter is the one for me but I think he needs one more season with Brighton before making that next step up.
This is next level shit-housing, can't remember ever seeing it before. Kinda funny.

That's exactly what it is.This has the feel of a midtable scrap.
The longstaff brothers are garbage. They’ll be playing Championship football in 3 seasons.
Ah yes, Matty Longstaff who literally has 100% of his league goals against United.Yes they are both absolute crap and yet there were people on the the Caf crying out that Utd needed them a couple of years ago
They wanted £50m for him apparentlyHow much were we offering for Sean Longstaff supposedly? £25m? Bet they regret that.
