Sounds like a bad clash of heads at St James's Park. Glen Murray taken straight to hospital.

Murphy has equalised for Cardiff.
Aguero gives City lead against Burnley.

7 goals in 9 games - since he has finally become injury free (fingers crossed) he has possibly been our best player.
He turned it on for the past few minutes of the half! Looked absolute class!

David Silva nearly kills Matt Lowton with a shot. Hope he's ok, possible concussion.

I think he actually lost consciousness for a bit. But he's at least sitting up now

Wait, does Lowton continue playing? Should be rules against that.

play to the whistle, might have been out but it was tight, schoolboy stuff, think everyone expected the whistle as the ref raised it to his lips

Ball was in, stupid by Burnley, were they looking for a free out or a City peno.

Great hit by Fernandinho, but I still can't believe that second goal. They just stopped with the ball in play.

Daft stat: Man City currently have a higher goal difference (+21) than Spurs, Arsenal, and Man United combined (+9, +9, -1). Kinda crazy when you think those clubs have Kane, PEA, Lacazette, Lukaku, Sanchez.

Hell, their GD isn't even that far off a combined Chelsea & Liverpool pairing.

City really do have a way of making the opposing team crap themselves.

Some real surprises in this line up.

I like the team. Sturridge deserves a start, as does Shaqiri. Good to see Lallana back. Get Mane & Firmino rested for the CL.
