Premier League Gameweek 9

Yeah they scored. Should be 1:1. Liverpool will run away with this now.

I predict 2:0 before half time.

Against anyone else that chance gets buried, Liverpool have just got that hex over every team in the league......except Villa.
Maybe if it was Vardy instead of Barnes. Average players miss loads of chances like that.

Running them ragged, deserved lead.
All comes from the manager. No matter who comes in, it doesn't seem to effect their style of play. Just want to fast toward the next 3 seasons and want him to feck off!

I actually think Barnes is better than people are making him out to be.

But for this match I do believe he's utterly shite and will never ever ever ever score.

Leicester have no-one who can head it.

You wouldn't think a Van D-less Liverpool would have much threat but that's 2 corners they could have scored from now.

Oh but he had a decent season when he was next to Vidic or Rio in a super dominant team under the best manager ever though...
2011-12 when he played with Ferdinand? He wasn’t even great. The only reason he played was because he was and still is a superior defender to Smalling and Jones. No more than bang average.

He's an average premier league player.
You obviously still need to be really good to be that level but he's no sort of game changer.

A decimated Liverpool team making Leicester look like a championship side.

The bit we were forgetting is that Leicester are massively overhyped and are basically a one man team. How that still surprises so many teams I do not know.

Did you see him just push the ball about 100 metres in front of him and expect to chase it down?
Playground football at its finest

He was never better than either of them. They were just far more versatile than him to their own detriment. If we had a quality RB, Evans would've struggled to make the bench

Pity if Germany sacked that clown maybe they could tempt him. Knowing Klopp though he'd take the job, do both, win the Prem, CL and Euro's in the same year!

What’s the best app for live football scores? Sick of the Sky Sports one it constantly doesn’t show the right score. Still reckons it’s 0-0 in the Pool game did the same thing with the Chelsea game yesterday.

LiveScore?

Why didn't Firmino use his head there. 2-0 if he does.

Can't believe Milner is still playing football, he must be, like, 100 now, or something.

He's quite possibly the 2nd fittest player in the history of football. He's a machine and always in top shape.

Does some posters still think Liverpool don't have strength in depth? Sadly they are going to retain the title as simply their so-called challengers will fall away in the 2nd half of this season.

Smalling can head it and is fast.

Evans is ok at passing and interceptions and that's it. Lindelof lite basically.

How can Liverpool be playing so well with all their squad troubles anyone else and it’s game over

Leicester are so overrated.
I don't think anyone actually rates them that highly. They are certainly not better than Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs, City or United. Their position in the table is a false one and like last season will eventually regress to the mean.

Salah or Mane out for more than 1 game a season would definitely test them.

Yep. How they smashed City 5-2 was very much more on how mad City's display was.

They were never going to turn anything on tonight.
