ffs, our rivals always get their rub of the luck. Leicester is missing half their team against City as well.
Have Everton even signed anyone this season? They always seem so unambitious in their transfer activity.

The biggest difference for Leicester this year will be that lesser teams will be looking to sit deep and play on the counter. Effectively play Leicester's game against them. They will have the arduous task of breaking down each and every team that does that. And that is tough. Big clubs have that problem week in week out. Now Leicester will too and they will suffer for it.

Back to reality boys.

Sunderland that is. One of them is Seb Larsson which is really important for them.

Saw a clip on Norwegian tv where Koeman was talking about 3-4 more planned transfers. Leaving it really late.

I have tipped Leicester for relegation.
Nah, that's absolutely crazy. They're a good team and with the dross that you have across the league at clubs like West Brom, Burnley, Sunderland, Hull and even Swansea and Middlesbrough you can't possibly expect reigning champions to go down. They'll easily stay up, just saying if they put a lot of attention to CL they might struggle to get top 10.

Mike Phelan to be named permanent manager of Hull if they hold on to the lead?

Hull's organisation without the ball has been very impressive.

This would be the first time the Premier League Champions have lost their opening match of the campaign if this score holds...

Phelan has 3 subs still. Should start using them to run down the clock.

They've looked mediocre off the ball which is the main difference. Last season, even when teams parked the bus they'd score one goal and win the game 1-0 cause of how good they were defensively. Now they just look very poor defensively.

Because the media stupidly like to make conclusions before a kick of the ball.

It works to Hull's advantage. They have nothing to lose when you write them off. Bit like Leicester last season in many respects.

Not saying they won't get hammered by the big boys, but it's still August. For me, the season doesn't start until the transfer window shuts.
Yea, a team that has nothing to loose play with less pressure which seemed to benefit Hull today. I expect Leicester to struggle this season with the amount of pressure they have and their complied fixture. It will be a miracle if they challenge for a champion league spot this season.

Will be interesting to see how they are when Mendy comes in and Huth returns

Leicester don't know any other way to play - it's counter or nothing.
Its more than just that, at the end of last season teams had started to sit back against them.

The difference here is no Kante to really take hold of the game for Leicester, and they have no one else to do it.
