All Lukaku needed to do then is knock his first touch to the side, not forward, and Mignolet wipes him out for a penalty and card.
Mignolet did really well there in fairness.
Believe me, I rate Sakho highly and since along with Zlatan, one of the reasons why PSG were successful, it can be seen also with Liverpool. They are weaker without Sakho and that is showing.
