Glad to see him back. He’s proven himself to be a real credit to the club over the last few months, a real good egg.

Over the moon Rashford is nearly there. It's such an awkward injury and it may be something he will struggle with the rest of his career, but his recovery time has been pretty fast (the Joy's of youth) and literally now he can focus on getting his fitness back. If we can end the season with Rashford and Pogba available, then our options are suddenly fantastic.
yep, great news. Just hope the injury is behind him. Not much specifically being said. There were some worrying comments from ex-players about it maybe dogging him for the rest of his career.

Returning Rashy and Pogba? plus Bruno settling in, plus maybe a new face or two? Things looking up.

Got a sinking feeling seeing the thread at the top of the forum. Thankfully good news.

I've updated the title. Was daft to bump the thread in the first place instead of creating a new one for the positive news.

The truth is it might dog him a bit, but fingers crossed for him. Love the lad and cant wait to see him put the jersey on again.

I mean I saw this thread being bumped any time there was an update on his injury situation in the past so didn't think anything of updating it again now

My mistake...

Can he make a late surge for the golden boot? Favourable fixtures, possibly back on pens, Brugba feeding him balls.

His improvement even in just the last 12 months has been scary. It’s easy to forget how young he still is. Ronaldo was around the same age when he really started upping his end product as well.

I don’t see why a recovered fracture should dog someone for the rest of their career. I’m no doctor, but surely if a fracture is properly healed, that’s the end of it. I’ve never heard of a recurring broken bone!

I've had a fractured wrist plague me for 10 years and I am only an amateur power lifter. This is his spine.

I'll give you a tiny bit of info, "A single fracture (of the spine) may seem of little consequence, but having had one has long-term implications, including a higher risk of new fractures." Journal of American Medical Association.

You are welcome to do the research yourself, technology and knowledge gets better all the time but there are serious question marks on a 22year old with incredibly low body fat with a double stress fracture of his spine. Hes not in a heavy contact sport either.

As I said I hope beyond hope he fully recovers and we never hear of it again.

What has happened to him? The bloke looks 2-3 years younger and slimmer than ever before.
