Rumored to be the next Marseille manager. Hasn't really been successful at any of his clubs (Missed CL qualification in consecutive seasons with Milan, missed CL qualification with Napoli but won the cup though, appointed for Fiorentina but left in 2 weeks without a single game and sacked in 6 months at Valencia). But still somehow keeps landing relatively big jobs. Any insights what brings to the table as a manager?
Sacked by Marseille. How does he keep getting these relatively high profile jobs?

Seems to be the norm for some ex-players who became managers to get these high paid jobs despite having poor careers. Paulo Sousa is another example: a complete subpar career but keeps getting offers to join decent clubs.

He was an overrated player, a thug amongst an incredible squad. He can't manage, clearly can't relate to players etc.

Wasn't overrated he was part of an incredibly successful Milan and Italy. He may not be a modern player but back in the day any team would have taken him without flinching.

Heard rumour linking him with Napoli, which seems insane.
Which is strange as he already managed Napoli and was sacked. Did win a cup though

His agent could get Philip Schofield a job on CBeebies.
