If any of the big boys were to lose a manager, they'd definitely be taking a look at him. In fact, it wouldn't shock me to see Chelsea sack Potter and bring him in which would be hilarious!

What a job he’s doing with Brighton. Should they maintain their good form he’ll surely be headed to a bigger club in the not so distant future.
Has done a great job.

De Zerbi has been flying under the radar in this regard, but hopefully it is clear for everyone to see now…that he is a proper twat.
I'll reserve my judgement for him until next season because I'm not fully convinced by him.

Just had a look at his managerial career path as I wasn't aware of it. Sassuolo took a big gamble didn't they? Only lasted 13 matches at Palermo with 1 win, then finished last with Benevento with 21 points.
Benevento were a small club out of their depth, but still there'd be people talking about managers getting rewarded for failure if someone got a third bite of the cherry if that happened in England. Hear comments all the time like that on this board.
We are playing some of the best football in the world - no hyperbole. Can it be maintained? Who knows. Just living in the moment and hugely proud of the team, ownership and club as a community project.

He played for CFR Cluj in Romania a few years ago and apparently everyone was impressed that he was quite a top bloke and very down to earth, props to him.
Howe and Zerbi are both above Pep. Winning the title with the best team by far is nothing special. Heck even Emery should be above Pep, when he joined Villa were looking at relegation contenders
Third time in a row though (and 5 times out of last 6 seasons) is pretty impressive though. Especially considering how deep they went into other competitions.
Sensational. Brighton dominate the ball against every PL opponent bar City. The transformation is nuts. Potter got them playing coherent, solid, progressive football but De Zerbi has put them on steroids.
