It’s right to have a private life which includes to apply to any country in the world.
Wrong post but there is no 'right' to enter any and all countries around the world and (happy to be corrected on this) I've never heard of a UN mandated right to be able to go wherever you want to go to. This is something those of us who originate from the global South are already all too aware of.
Travelling is a privilege, one that the host country can refuse you in the visa application process, at the border even once you've gotten a visa (and most visas come with a disclaimer about how this doesn't constitute agreement to enter and that a border guard will have the final say) or even after you've entered the country if they perceive you to have not followed their rules.
A Zambian or Afghan does not have the right to fly to Moscow, New York or Berlin tomorrow and be expected entry. Just not how the world works sadly.
