Scott McTominay | Napoli | Scudetto Winner | Serie A's MVP!!

Today's pass for Scott's goal the ease with which winger got some space to cross it, you don't get this kind of space in Premier League.
i understand that you want to erase wednesday from your mind but, dude. DUDE

Hopefully we activated some addons today

Congratulations to him at Napoli, I’m happy for him to be honest. Yes, Serie A and the Prem are different levels, but you can be sure that he doesn’t regret a thing right now.

hope we put in a Ballon d'or clause in that sale. Really cool to see he be the superstar of a title winning side.

What is this different level? Inter are in UCL final.

Both Saf and Mourinho rated him highly and you can see why now. Happy that he got out of the mess that we are and achieved something special

Yes McBro. Love he’s gone and done this, and not just a bit part, he’s loved there

Delighted for him.
I don’t think we should have sold him, but I also don’t like that clubs are now financially incentivised to sell their academy players for ‘pure profit’.

Really deserved for Scott. I'm really happy for him. Not to take anything away from him but seeing the likes of Mkhitaryan, Darmian, McTominay, Antony flourish in Italy and Spain for me in a way shows the strength of Premier League. It's small details, Antony getting that bit more time and space he needs. Today's pass for Scott's goal the ease with which winger got some space to cross it, you don't get this kind of space in Premier League.

This is utter nonsense. People make out that every goal in England is because of some unbelievable precise play.

"Nobody will ever eclipse Maradona, lets just be clear on that".

Imagine 12 months ago, somebody told you that would be an actual sentence, spoken on live television by a professional commentator talking about Scot McTominay!

Was only 2 days ago a premier league defender left about ten yards space for a winger to get a cross in. The shame of it

Delighted for him.

This is a fallacy. A profit is a profit whether Academy or not.

All the managers he has had have rated him, which you would expect may have got some of those who were convinced he was shit thinking, but no.

Serie A player of the year as well?

Cantona esque run to win the title for them, scored the winning goal in 4 out of the last 7 games for Napoli, 2 assists to get them a draw in another, that will go down as one of the best UK player abroad seasons.

One of which has a representative in the final of the highest level of European football and the other is prem.

And are pretending he didn't score goals in the PL when played in an attacking role

After a year in Italy, I'm not sure we're gonna be better off with Cunha as a left-sided 10 than we would've been with McTominay.

This is a fallacy. A profit is a profit whether Academy or not.
No it isn’t. If you sell an academy player all the money you make will be ‘pure’ whereas if you sell a player you recently bought it isn’t all available spend on new players. Some bought players will be pure profit, but they have to have been at your club for a number of years (e.g. Bruno would be pure profit I believe even if we sold him for less than we bought him for)
