It's easy to argue against no sex scenes ever in films, I haven't heard many cogent arguments for the majority if sex scenes which are just superficial.
And because Denise Richards became available after her boyfriend had his brains sucked out.
Its a bit hypocriticalist to watch adult movies but criticize sex scenes in movies in some countries people dont want children no more which means no sex even when theyre fully developed adults because theyre scared of inflation, having kids is so expensive so adding sex scenes in movies might be helpful in that regards to rebirth their sexuality but ofcourse its not the same with your wife compared to them stars on tv but again dont be a hypocriticalist if you still enjoy the products

As long as it's not wall to wall sex scenes and it's done well then I don't see the issue. Something like that one episode of Bridgerton (I only watched the first season) was absolutely ridiculous. It was like a 20 min montage of the same couple simulating sex in various locations. It just got boring.
In saying that I don't know what you are watching but it seems like there is less nudity in a lot of shows I've seen lately. And as for tits well they are just tits at the end of the day. I don't think we should be particularly prudish about one gender's nipples.
I'd also echo what others have said about violence being fine for practically all ages but anything to do with sex/nudity being heavily censored is the wrong way round.
I watch a range of series and movies from different times so I'm not exclusively watching content made in the last 4-5 years so perhaps I'm seeing a bit more nudity and sex
To me the whole question seems fundamentally pointless and arbitrary. As a writer, you tell stories about humans. What you need to show depends on the story you're telling. If you're doing Winnie the Pooh, do you need sex scenes? Probably not. If you're telling a story about the Marquis de Sade, can you do without them? Of course you can't, and why should you? It's not like they're an optional extra that you may or may not sprinkle on top of things.

Me too, they completely overkilled a great program with soft porn. Once or twice was good but every episode had to have a minimum of two five minute sex scenes.

Doesn't bother me tbh. It's just naked skin, nothing much. Plus, spoiler, a lot of nude scenes are made by doubles and not by the actors/actresses themselves.
The one thing I agree is that most sex scenes are either too cringe or too melodramatic, when outside the movies sex is a basic instinct fueled by attraction, it doesn't have anything sacred/magic about it.

Extreme violence is equally unnecessary. Horror is just awful, I simply can't understand why people want to deliberately scare themselves. Each to their own though.
If some people would rather watch violence and horror, rather than sex, I would say that's far more disturbing.
