Any self-respecting big club would be in a meeting room with Ole right now, telling him that he has permission to respectfully resign, and possibly receive a gentlemanly payoff (albeit not a huge one), to walk away with dignity. If he isnt willing to do that, out of love for a big payday the club , then he will be fired promptly on the spot and the story presented first thing in the morning.
