Yes, there were some questionable decisions, but it is always the case.
Still it was night and day compared with the weekend. That was one of the worst refereed games overall.
Pawson was really bad no line to follow there, but the ref at the weekend was another level of bad. He did have an agenda it was clear as day.

As if the Everton fans had the nerve to complain and whine, he literally gave them every 50-50 and booked shaw, maguire and Fred for sweet feck all.

Absolutely pathetic performance from him and ruined the game as a contest.
They’d all decided, before kick off, in true dipper fashion that he was a Manc and the world is corrupt and against them. Cue outrage. It’s what they do.

Moss had a bad game yesterday. Lamela repeatedly kicked players from behind and didn't get booked. 4 fouls all in all. The penalty that he wrongly called. Then there's Atkinson today
The other game mentioned with Ayew was also Atkinson. He also didn't do anything about Guendouzi grabbing a players neck right in front of him.

I don't understand how a player can escape a booking after 6 fouls. Lamela on 4 fouls obviously escaped a booking but 6 times? What explanation is there? Even if it were the most lightest of fouls you deserve a card when you keep on offending.

The worst part of the refs is that VAR do not help much at all.
Like no red card tonight for Palace even though it was a clear one.
Liverpool not alone in getting away with murder this season.

The first foul alone on McTominay from Lamela was a booking, never mind the rest. Then James got clattered off the ball by Dier (could've easily been given as a foul) then James trips him and gets booked, his first foul of the game.

I can't understand that. Studs up and could easily have broken the guy's ankle. Sure, the ref missed it and that's understandable, because even on TV it looked like a great tackle initially. But surely that's where VAR should be stepping in and awarding the red card for a reckless tackle.
