"He's a spy for United!"
Whoa! What's with his teeth?!?!?
"He's a spy for United!"
Isn't anyone remotely concerned with the fact Daniel Taylor is living in Mancini's house somewhere?
MANCHESTER CITY have sensationally backed down over manager Roberto Mancini's claim that Carlos Tevez refused to play in Munich.
Tevez will attend a club disciplinary hearing today to deal with his behaviour during the Champions League clash against Bayern last month.
But SunSport has learned from City sources that the club do NOT intend to charge him with the outright accusation he refused to take the field.
And none of the players on the bench or Mancini's coaching staff can confirm that substitute Tevez refused to play.
The charge against Tevez will now read that the Argentinian striker "refused to carry out the instructions of Roberto Mancini and Ivan Carminati (the fitness coach) to resume warming up with a view to playing in the match".
We understand Carminati even admits he thought that when Tevez stood up, he was going to return to his warm-up — before Mancini told the player he was not going to play him.
Mancini told the media immediately after the 2-0 defeat on September 27 that Tevez had refused to play and that he was "finished" at City.
But without support from those on the bench, he has been left out on a limb.
Tevez was suspended by City for a fortnight and could be fined.
"He let down the Sheikh!!1!!"
He cant!
Christ, Tevez admitted it in the post match interview.
Bad day for football if they let him off the hook.
I think mancinis stance has softened and there won't be any problems. Typical shitty club though - lots of talk and other peoples money..hehe
just seen this on BBC.
Carlos Tevez will attend a disciplinary hearing at which Manchester City are expected to back down over claims he refused to play against Bayern Munich
Would not be a shock and to be honest what most expect.
If it does happen , how can Mancini carry on with any creditability.
Well if that is true , than Mancini is not the manager I thought he was , he will have demonstrated , a lack of a back bone and the players will walk all over him.
For a manager to come out so strongly and say a player is finnish and then to back down is not something I would want to see in a manager.
Mancini won't back down over this regardless of what the little shit is charged with, he won't play for City again and quite rightly. They should stick him in the reserves for the remainder of his contract

If I was Mancini, i'd say it's either me or Tevez.
"He (Mancini) has shown his mettle in a difficult situation and done fantastically well," Ferguson said. "Forget Carlos Tevez played for us; it is about the decision-making of a manager and his handling of the situation."
City obviously have no intention of selling him to a top European side at the moment, so I wouldn't bank on Mancini coming off best if he made an ultimatum like that.
Tevez to sue Mancini for deformation of character
