I feel nothing
Preferably someone in an alternate time zone.I think another Mod should be recruited
I am sorry about bringing this up after someone has drafted him but recently I have felt he is very overrated.5) K-H. Schnellinger
No worries. You need to PM a position for your legacy player too, and remember that you don’t have a decade restriction for this round.Sorry for the repeated hold ups, honestly wanted to mostly watch MJJ do the draft and help out here and there, not make all these decisions He seems to be quite busy these days and I'm not blaming him at all, but I was also travelling a lot and a bit sick. Just got home, so will take a look now.
From what I’ve seen, I’d rate him higher as a sweeper. He lacked agility to face truly great nimble wingers.I am sorry about bringing this up after someone has drafted him but recently I have felt he is very overrated.
Not just specific to the Jair case I posted in the last draft, but I have seen a few other games where quick tricky wingers have absolutely left him for dead.
The number of times players sent him the wrong side with him ending up on his arse seemed quite high.
I felt his reading of the game was not good enough for him to be classified as an absolute top tier LB.
Maybe I have not watched enough yet though.
He was really bad vs us in the 68—69 EC semis. Best had a great game against him from what I remember and it was our crap finishing that allowed Milan to go through..I am sorry about bringing this up after someone has drafted him but recently I have felt he is very overrated.

Ah, that makes sense. Exactly what I felt about the wingers part. From what I’ve seen, I’d rate him higher as a sweeper. He lacked agility to face truly great nimble wingers.
Thanks for the info. Both the legs are available on footballia, I will check them out.He was really bad vs us in the 68—69 EC semis. Best had a great game against him from what I remember and it was our crap finishing that allowed Milan to go through.
not bad! He’s happier to see you than vice versa
Why won't you give him Ole? Feck offHe’s happier to see you than vice versa
Ye, not too fussed at this point, I don't think MJJ cares too much. He will have to deal with the mess I am drafting in the writeupsNo worries. You need to PM a position for your legacy player too, and remember that you don’t have a decade restriction for this round.
Not sure what Zola is doing there. That's a good front two for a 442.Van Basten & Bergkamp
Legacy not OLEgendWhy won't you give him Ole? Feck off
Yeah, Zola is a surplus to requirements now.Not sure what Zola is doing there. That's a good front two for a 442.
It’s waiting@Skizzo @Edgar Allan Pillow get the next roll ready lads.
I've always thought he was more of a sweeper than an LB.I am sorry about bringing this up after someone has drafted him but recently I have felt he is very overrated.

Was he viewed as more of a left back or a centre back?
I have always been made to believe otherwise. I think majority view him as a LB as well as his best position. At least that is what I felt.I've always thought he was more of a sweeper than an LB.

Based on some games & graphics I've seen, my guess is that he was a LB primarily during earlier parts of his career, while playing mostly centrally during his later years for Milan & Germany.I have always been made to believe otherwise. I have read people call him a better sweeper and CB than fullback but they were the minority
Ah, a German, great. That is still a vague answer best position wise. What would you call his best position?Based on some games & graphics I've seen, my guess is that he was a LB primarily during earlier parts of his career, while playing mostly centrally during his later years for Milan & Germany.
No idea, seen too little of him. I liked him very much as a CB/sweeper generally, but that's again only based on a few impressions.Ah, a German, great. That is still a vague answer best position wise. What would you call his best position?
Fair enough. No idea, seen too little of him. I liked him very much as a CB/sweeper generally, but that's again only based on a few impressions.
