For the scrap and the atmosphere - yes

For the football - No

Id rather watch Portsmouth vs Southampton, even a game like that has more quality now than the SPL.

I would watch but at the girlfriends.

In before "everyone at the Caf supports Celtic" and before "What was the point of the Scottish thread?"

Isn't this meant to be played on Sunday along with the rest of the Sunday League fixtures?

Yes, only because they complete my accumulator though. Called the three premier league games right yesterday, and have a draw on here with hearts to beat aberdeen and motherwell to topple dunfermline. That last game has been postponed though which is a right ball ache

This game should be very entertaining to watch tonight. The weather in Glasgow is utterly horrendous just now and most people still haven't sobered up since Christmas so the atmosphere will be rocking.

Rangers are in free-fall but Rangers are always at their most dangerous when their backs are to the wall. Should be a cracker.

Rangers dangerous??? Both Celtic and Rangers have not been dangerous in a long time. Celtic to win a scrappy affair 2-0 or 2-1.

That's an accurate description of most Old Firm matches.

Celtic for the win. Sad how much football has fallen up north.

Without the religion, racism, xenophobia, bigotry, death threats, paedophile accusations, knee high challenges, elbows, fights, red cards and spitting, this is really just a fixture between 22 mediocre players, too shit to play in England.

James Forrest to play a blinder. Then I'll be able to bump my thread on him that you all rudely ignored.

A few could easily play in the Prem the Celtic left back plus Kayal, Brown and Chi to name a few.

Rangers have been utter shocking lately. Blew a 15 point lead and could slip to 2nd if they lose tonight. We all know the form book goes out the window though when it comes to derby games but i still expect a Celtic win here. Rangers are the poorest they have been in years. I mean when a team has to appeal a bloody obvious red card for Lee McCulloch you know it's tough times.

A mile off to be fair the young right winger at Celtic Forrest or Forrester looks a fantastic prospect.
Every team has an up-and-coming youngster who looks "a fantastic prospect" but generally speaking, Scottish football is absolute garbage. We're talking about Scotland's TOP TWO playing each other tonight but neither side would do very well in our Premier League - FACHT.

There are footballers playing in the Premier League at the present time that are every bit as shit as Rangers/Celtic players. Emile Heskeys played over 500 games FFS!

McGregor is easily good enough, as is Jelavic, Davis and Papac. For Celtic Forrest and Izaguirre are certainly good enough and maybe a couple of others.

Mainly due to the fact both teams have no money whatsoever.
