He looked good in his last fight and he's got a cool story.
Relatively uninspiring card all things considered though.
 
I would love to see Avanesyan get a world title shot quality boxer bomb after bomb!
 
Fury managed to get Wilder going into a verbal battle there.

Not that it will make any difference, but does Wilder usually talks little in these press conferences ? He seemed a bit agitated towards the end.
 
You have to wonder if it ever dawns on American boxing fans (especially on the cesspit that is Youtube comments) that their fighters almost always go into title fights with the massive advantage of fighting both at home in front of their home supporting crowd.
 
Even if you want Tyson to lose, you have to admit that he's the only one who has been trying to sell the fight, despite being arguably the winner of both contests.

Wilder has been outboxed twice but you wouldn't know it from his demeanour.

Wilder looks like a scared little boy to me, who knows the writing is on the wall. We either get the same thing again or Wilder being a human punching bag and the fight ending around the same time, or it’ll go the distance and Fury comprehensively wins on points.

Looking forward to the pathetic excuses from Wilder again.
 
I hope Fury wins but I fear Wilder will catch him. Based purely on the fact that i'm extremely pessimistic.

What time is the ring walks UK time? 4am ish?
 
Can't see Wilder changing his entire game for this fight. It will be more of the same from the second fight except Wilder will probably look better. Can't see him winning many rounds.

Fury on points for me but I hope he KOs Wilder in spectacular fashion.
 
I’ve got a feeling Wilder will knock him out and Fury will retire, nothing to base this on just it seems like something that would happen in boxing.
 
Wilder is a ko specialist, he's already caught Fury with his best shot in that 1st fight and not put him away, and that was Fury fighting at that level for the 1st time in 3 yrs. Must be soul destroying knowing that your only legit way of winning the fight didn't work. If both fellas had good camps with no issues then Fury wins hands down. We don't know for sure how their camps went, but one thing for me is that Wilder got rid of Breland after the 2nd fight for stopping it. Breland has been pretty open that Wilder isn't receptive to being shown things in training and wants to do it all his way, makes you think he's possibly brought in a bunch of yes man for this camp. Not sure what Wilder can do differently this time, think the only thing is if Fury isn't fully focused.
 
Fury winning will make this trilogy even more pointless. Wilder would have won 2 rounds in 3 fights most likely.
 
Fury win's it 9 times out of 10 but there's always that one time where Wilder could catch him. It's incredible that Fury got up in the first fight but a different night and different referee and that get's stopped. Hopefully Fury comes out focused and get's the finish.

I wouldn't actually mind seeing Fury fight Whyte after this if he beats Wilder on Saturday. Whyte's a decent fighter and the build up would be brilliant. We all want to see Fury/Joshua but I think the reality is it's not going to be the next fight for either fighter. If Fury can beat Wilder this weekend then I'd honestly have no problem with him fighting Whyte next and think it'd be a really good fight too.

Yeah I want to see Whyte v Fury too. Whyte against any of the top heavyweights looks interesting to me though.

Wilder can only win by fluke. If he actually tries to take in a “game plan” it’s going to probably result in a quicker win for Fury. Wilder is delusional and I got the feeling mentally shot. If Breland couldn’t teach him boxing, with his pedigree, I struggle to see what Malik Scott brings to the table other than to be a “yes man.” Wilder thinks he’s unbeaten, invincible, flawless, the best ever etc; it will more than likely get real for him very early on and his fragile mind won’t know what to do. He barely throws punches and doesn’t trust his chin. If he goes for it, he may get slept.
 
Kownacki - Helenius -- will be interesting see how that one unfolds.

Helenius looked useful boxing off the back foot and Kownacki seems like he only knows how to box one way, walking his man down. But he got caught with some shots.

Could be some fireworks in that one.

Questionable glove positioning in the 1st fight, open hand palm strikes in the second. Only guarantee is Fury will lean on him wherever possible and get rabbit punches in when he can. His team are the master of the dark arts.

Fury's head movement is too good for Wilder to catch him flush. I actually expect either Fury on pts or a late stoppage >8 Rd after Wilder has expended all his energy.

He HAS to go for it. The only way he wins is by KO, which wouldn't be a fluke it's kind of a hallmark of the sport.
 
If Wilder goes for it. Fury just has to back pedal with his arms out stretched and he's untouchable due to his size.

I think you can base it on the fact that its entirely possible, if not the most likely outcome. I'm probably in the minority that thinks there was foul play involved from Fury in the previous fights and I honestly wouldn't mind seeing him take a beating.

Dunno about foul play but I'd happily watch Fury take a beating!
For that beating to come from such a vastly inferior boxer is however incredibly unlikely.
Wilders whole career has been smoke and mirrors up to the fury fight and I don't see him doing anything once the trilogy is over

By beating I mean a KO, not being out-boxed. If he catches him on the chin, he can win - its just actually doing that with force. Wilder is considered one of the hardest hitting heavyweights of all time, we can hope.
 
Either the ref stops it to save Wilder or he could easily get really hurt this time round.
Unless Wilder can suddenly land from his power from the back foot then it’s a blueprint that Fury can 100 percent implement again.

After the Joshua fight just being on I don’t fancy paying another £25 and I’m not even interested enough to sit up to 4:30am to watch it either.
 
I'm not staying up that late am gonna wake up Sunday morning and find out what happened.

I think it was after the first fight he stopped talking as much and started turning up in his headphones etc. I think he's scared and can't go at it verbally because he knows Fury can get in his head.
