:lol: If it's any consolation I'm pretty certain I'm cruising to a first round exit here. Eusebio and Roberto Carlos aren't going to pull in votes like some of these other monster duos that have been picked, and my vague attempts at planning are already looking ropey :D

Eusebio was a cracking pick. I just didn't think Carlos would go this early.

Anyway Eusebio played Right Forward or Inside Right....or start putting your affairs in order.

I can exclusively reveal that I don't plan on playing Eusebio on the left, primarily to save myself the headache in the match thread :lol:. Carlos probably shouldn't have went this early as he seems to have cost me more votes than he's won me when I've picked him previously, but he fits all my likely formations like a glove, and I generally find the FB positions an utter pain in the arse to fill so wanted to get one out of the way early.

Pick times. They are used in case of a draw. Lowest overall pick time wins. It replaced penalties which took ages and got boring. Best keeper was another way to resolve draws but that I think will lose its suspense given our top 20 lists now, still could be a decent way to do it. I introduced average pick times to encourage speedy drafting.
