Could be just paper talk but rumours have it Barcelona have him on their radar. He's got one year left on his contract so maybe if the right offer comes in it could make sense cashing in this summer.
Personally I'd be gutted if he left. Not only that I'm one of those who feels pretty sure there's a hell of a lot more to the player than what we've seen so far.

There's more chance of me playing for Barca than RashBonglahor. Him and his agent can do one if they think he deserves some huge pay rise after last season. Sell him and be done with it.
The anti-English brigade on here will love it.
I am with Raoul on this one. To me Rashy looks Rashy and will hardly improve further significantly. He mainly relies on his speed, not the best close control and dribbling, no lethal finishing, average passing and ability to read the game. Praying to be proved wrong and eat my fair share of a humble pie.I don't think there's much more to him than what we have already seen in bursts here and there. He will never be an Henry or Ruud or Rooney type player. I don't want him to leave but I also don't have any more expectations that he will evolve much further than he already has.
It's not really less time, Rashford's played 30 more games for us than Welbeck.
Yours is lazy as well. Rashford actually played more matches already (2000+ mins more) than Welbeck did.
Exactly this. So many agents in recent years have used this trick to get us to pay over the top for their players its ridiculous. How Woodward can't see through them is beyond me.This. His agent trying to get more money.
If I were United I'd call the agent/Rashy's bluff. As if anyone else will pay him anything like what we'll stupidly give him. Please.
Don't give a feck to be honest. Everyone that wants to feck off should feck off.
It's less time in duration of time spent with United.
Plus the key that you're ignoring of Welbeck playing in a better United.
Welbeck has only scored a total of 69 club goals by the age of 28.
Rashford Is a mere 24 goals behind, at 21! Yet people are comparing the two.
It's a strange comparison just because he's also come through our youth system.
I'd obviously take a huge bid from Barcelona though
That’s just not a given at United. First team players here have been hitting a ceiling very quickly and then finding it unable to break through. That’s not just down to the players by any means as it would have a lot to do with the club’s approach to training and developing the first teamers.
I wouldn't care. He's average at best. Just compare him to Ronaldo or Rooney at the same age.
The thought of losing Rashford is a good one . A selfish brainless overrated player who isn't and will never be a prolific scorer
Wow. Such anger
Welbeck played in a better United of course but we were not relying on him to score goals for us, we had much better players in his position. I think the main reason Rashford scored a few more goals is because we rely on him to do so and it's just wrong. I think we manage Rashford's development hilariously bad and reports of Ole seeing him as our main striker next season is worrying. He should be our rotation player but I fear he will be like Lingard, forever young and talented. It's less time in duration of time spent with United.

Summed my thoughts completely. if he loses a yard of pace he will be done. Kick and runI am with Raoul on this one. To me Rashy looks Rashy and will hardly improve further significantly. Rashford is not that good. Rooney at the age 16 was twice a player
Barca won't be in for him, he's not good enough.
What a ridiculous and unecessary thing to say!The thought of losing Rashford is a good one . A selfish brainless overrated player who isn't and will never be a prolific scorer
Is there anyone reliable saying they want him or is it just the same sources that would have us buying 100 different players this summer. They already are apparently.
Also, the not good enough argument apparently didn't work when they pursued and signed the likes of Semedo, Malcolm, Lenglet, Arthur and others.
