Haven't watched Owen's Dark Side of the Ring episode yet but I did see this from it...

We've been rightly shitting on Cornette recently but he has 100% right about Kevin Dunn, a bucky beaver tooth motherfecker.

Nice timing with the "porn in the age covid 19" ad.

I teared up a bit watching the Owen episode.

I remember watching Over the Edge live when I was about 13. The fact they continued the show seemed strange to me then but after watching that I cant believe no one was charged for perverting the course of justice seeing as they basically contributed to contaminating the crime scene.

The police photo from the walkway down to where Owen tragically landed was horrific as well.

Completely understand and agree with Martha's decision about Owen in the HoF.

Interesting point that ive never thought about until now. Cant think of anywhere else where a death would occur, and then activity occurs on it straight away without investigation being completed (or started)

Thanks for this. Will give this a listen later.

Somebody once said, when wrestling is done right, you think why arent more people watching it.
But when its done wrong and is bad, you wonder why anybody watches it at all.
Yeah agree with that. It can be so hype and yet it can also be extremely toxic and because its not as big as a lot of other things entertainment or sports people get away with things they wouldnt somewhere else which would be covered more in the media.

Been reading up about Martha Hart after watching the documentary. She's an admirable woman who is like a dog with a bone in rightly not allowing WWE to profit from Owen's death plus her charity work in the Owen Hart Foundation.

The Hart Family on the other hand are a sycophantic pack of fecking carnies.

Hana Kimura looks as if she's commited suicide :(

I can't even...she was 22, she had a promising career and life ahead of her.

All I can say is, if anyone's struggling out there or in this thread, reach out. Reach out tofriends and family, reach out to strangers on the internet, reach out to a helpline. You're not alone.

The Samaritans number is 116 123 incase.

Didn't watch sd but hearing Aj/nakamura finally had a good match in wwe. Man their feud was so poorly booked in 2018 (or was it 2017) , still liked their last man standing match. Curious to see if they actually put on a memorable match this time.

I'm shocked and upset right now. It seems Hana Kimura has died at the age of 22 taking her own life. She was a wrestler in Stardom, 2nd generation after her mother was also a wrestler and worked in stardom. Hana is in the current season of the popular japanese 'reality tv' show Terrace House. I've been wathing this too. A few weeks ago she had a big argument with someone because they ruined her wrestling gear by washing it along with their own clothes, not checking to see if something was already in the washing machine. It was gear that she wore in front of everyone at The Tokyo Dome in a dark match at Wrestle Kingdom in front of many thousands of people.

Following on from that argument it seems like people were bullying her online and taking the other side. The show is still airing so maybe other stuff happens, its a good show but this very much looks like a horrible outcome of the court of public opinion with the shows audience.

Hana was one of my favourites in Stardom, not because she was the most talented but there was something incredibly likable about her.

Also it seems Kairi saw her suicidal tweet and contacted people from stardom in japan, but they didnt make it in time

The Tokyo Dome and the outfit that was ruined during Terrace House

Really sucky week after Shad, now Hana Kimura and learning more about Owen's death. The latter really shows how scummy Vince is, the levels he is willing to go and how awful some of the Harts were. I've only seen clips of Ellie(Natalya's mum and Neidhart's wife) on total divas and she seemed harmless enough but saw a bunch of posts about what she's done and how much of bitch she was. Not just carny bollocks but manipulative bullshit. Started reading Bret's book after this and he rips into her.

Seems like both depending on the situation which is quite normal.

For example he wanted to put Owen over and took the loss despite being WWF's biggest star at the time, but at the same time his legacy and how he is remembered in wrestling seems like pretty much the most important thing to him. Bret tried to get Martha to include Bret's wrestling career footage in the settlement with WWE over Owen's death and was upset when she didnt. He did support her, but perhaps it was also because he wanted something

Not the prettiest belt ever

AEW have gone from hardly any big men a few months ago to now having quite a few, Wardlow, Swagger, Harper, Archer and now Cage

Rumour has it that it’s John Cena. If so amazing gesture from him.

The TNT title is apparently unfinished...

which is what I’d say if I’d released a brand new championship and everybody said how shit it was.
