I've hated them all until I watched True Detective,.
I don't know of any actor that stole the show more consistently than Phillip Seymour Hoffman in the past couple decades.

August Diehl is the most flawless actor I can think of currently working.
Him, Fassbender and Diane Kruger in that one IG scene was like acting porn. Throw in Christoph Waltz and Daniel Bruhl as well. All favourites.

DDL can barely get his mouth off the scenery, he's chewing it so hard.
Jack Nicholson chews the shit out of scenery as well. It can be great if done well.
They both chew on great pieces of ham.
There are too many to mention but Christoph Walz would have to be in the list. A truly exceptional actor.
