Thinking of the diamond we went to briefly on Sunday, although Ole will likely use McTominay and Rashford over VdB and Cavani.

Have you been living in a box the last month?
Im just not a complete drama queen that is all, he can still turn it around stranger things have happened. The year we signed Bruno he pulled off a minor miracle coming third, maybe Varane coming back, Maguire returning to full fitness and Luke shaw realising he’s still not at the euros may turn us around.

Now that Ole might be staying albeit temporarily, I just hope he (finally) change things up. If he goes with the same formation and players... :nono::mad::boring:

Ole’s got nothing to lose, may as well ring the changes and hope for a result. I’d drop all the big names and see if it yields a better performance.

Bench Bruno, Pogba, Shaw, Maguire and Ronaldo.

Start VdB, Sancho, Telles, Cavani and Bailly. Feck it, give Phil Jones a go.

lets just take the loss this weekend. One step back to go two steps forward. Im still amazed our board is this inept and letting things drag on. Laughing stock of the league

The definition of madness is doing the same things and expecting different results. So if I’m Ole this is my line up.

De Gea, AWB, Varane (if fit), Maguire, Shaw,
McT, VDB, Cavani, Sancho(right), Rashford(left), Ronaldo.
Some may ask why Bailly doesn’t come in for Maguire? Remember the 6-1 and red card? And why Shaw and AWB keep their place? I hope they’ve a point to prove plus Dalot and Brandon aren’t very good. I dropped Bruno because he needs to get back to his best plus Cavani is to professional to ever go half hearted.

1-0 win. Fred to score and be credited for years as the man who saved Ole’s job when he went on to create a dynasty of dominance.

    We all love United
I don’t know how Ole is going to face the media in his usual pre match conference on Friday with all these speculation and leaks on him. He is going to be under a lot of pressure while answering those questions and it’s going to be brutal

I reckon the post match on sunday will have been worse. He will have been so hurt by the result and also not knowing if he was going to get sacked that night.

What ever the press are saying Ole will have spoken with the club's management and had training with the players this week.

He knows he has a chance to save his job and will be focusing on that, despite thestuff the media will through at him

I think Solskjær will take a more defensive stand in this game and will not be willing to risk too much because of our form:

    --------------------------DdG------------------------------

    -----Varane/Bailley-Maguire-Lindelöf-------
    Bissaka--------------------------------------------Shaw
    --------------------McTominay-Fred-------------------
    ---------------------------Bruno------------------------
    --------------------Ronaldo--Rashford-----------

I think, we will lose 2-1.

I don't have a clue what team is going to play in this game. Would be nice to see Donny given a start. McFred will probably start though.

We obviously need a big reaction from that thrashing but I can't see us taking all 3 points, even against this lot.

Hoping for a win please Ole!

    Cavani up top for me.
    Rashford on the left.
Not fussed about the right side...be it Sancho, Mason or Lingard tbh

    Need a total formation change
Can't see that happening when everyone's nerves are stretched and Ole is walking a tightrope. It will be the same team barring 1-2 players and instructions to grind out a win anyway possible.

True. Maybe he’ll try without any pressing since they clearly cant cut it

This is a game we'll win probably. I know we're obviously shite, but so are Spurs. We have better players, ergo, we will win.

After one of the single worst performances in the club's history any rational manager would drop at least a few of the players, he almost has to play some of the fringe players. Its one thing to hear Ole keeps faith with the team that beat Atalanta 3-2 but another to hear Solksjaer names and unchanged side from the one humiliated by Liverpool. I think Cavani and Lingard are nailed on to start.

Okay I'll try to predict a lineup.

    DDG

    AWB Lindelof Maguire Shaw

    McTominay DVDB

    Lingard Bruno Sancho

    Cavani

    Subs: Ronaldo, Rashford, Greenwood

Ah, so he's one of these needs a couple of quality midfielders around him merchants.

    Just like Pogba does.
    And Matic.
    And McTom.

At some stage we need the actual quality mid in the team!
Utd don't need more players, they have enough already. Utd need organised. I can't believe you tell me to bore off and then claim Utd need more signings. What a joke.

Anyone think it’s a bit odd that Tottenham are 2/1 best odds, and Utd only 7/5? I think maybe the Spurs odds are right but you’d be hard pressed to find too many punters who’d take Utd at that price.

    Henderson

    Dalot - Bailly - Jones - Mengi - Telles

    Mata - Lingard

    Sancho - Cavani - Elanga

Maybe just to shake things up a bit. What do you guys think? Donny on the bench.

I wouldn't start Shaw in this one, he's had a nightmare few weeks.

Hope Varane is back for this one. This should be about keeping a clean sheet and hopefully grinding out a 1-0 win.

    "Martial...He's isolated Skrtel here..."
    Ronaldo, Cavani
    Sancho, DVB, Fred, Lingard
    Shaw, Varane, Lindelof, AWB

That's what I'd roll out. Don't fecking press high because we suck at it, hit them on the break. Let Sancho and Lingard play freely behind the two strikers in possession.

Knowing Ole it'll probably be Ronaldo, Cavani, Rashford, Bruno and the good ole 4231

Varane seems like he’s back to full training so will hopefully steady the ship
