Pogba, McTominay, Matic and Fred.Phil Jones to be our backup midfielder then?
That's 4 midfielders for 2 positions. Numerically, it's enough.
Garner can also step in if we're in a pinch.

Him or youngPhil Jones to be our backup midfielder then?
Relax, this is Summer 2006 repeating itself.
There's a gaping hole in our midfield with the departure of Herrera (Keane) and then we go and lose Lukaku (Ruud). People are claiming we are much weaker than last season having spent next to nothing, and start bemoaning the Glazers. However, the return of Sanchez (Scholes) takes everyone by surprise, alongside the phenomenal performances of our youngsters, Martial (Rooney) and Rashford (Ronaldo). All the signings made in the year turn out to be huge successes, with Maguire (Vidic) and Wan Bissakka (Evra) getting into the team of the season. It's one of the most memorable seasons ever.
People need to calm down.
I am so relieved now. Thank you Mr Offside.Relax, this is Summer 2006 repeating itself.

No shit, hence why I said a good one.No. It depends on how the club is set up. A DOF role is not performed the same in all clubs.
Admire the optimism i really do.... Martial and Rashford are not a patch on what Rooney and Ronaldo were before 2006. Happy to be wrong on this though.Relax, this is Summer 2006 repeating itself.

Maybe just buy Longstaff and Sancho this year and save money when there price goes up next yearIt's better to keep the money saved for Longstaff and Jason Sacho next year than to risk it on expensive risks, like Bruno Fernandes, Milikovic-Savic etc
This made me happyRelax, this is Summer 2006 repeating itself.

Yes he was just picked up by Guardiola and Begiristain.Ok final 10 minutes.
Is Messi in Manchester yet? Cutting it close...
Which is my point, they were surrounded by players knowing each other, mostly experienced, and Winks was in his 3rd season, having played more than 50 games as a pro including European games and England caps. So it's just basically one young player (Skipp) making two starts at home vs random teams and getting 71 minutes for the whole season as a sub. Not really the same as if Skipp had played 15 or 20 games for them.I said they used their young players in midfield specifically, I didn’t mention any other positions. Skipp was used sporadically but Winks was used quite a lot.
Great signing for Arse IMO. David Luiz is pointless but Tierney I think will be quality.
It's amazing how quickly it turned to dust. What a week. Started with the possibilities of Dybala, Fernandes and/or Eriksen... ended with no one.
Bullsh#t! You can't buy choc ices in thereJust seen Dybala walking around with a choc ice near Las Iguanas in the Trafford Centre.
It’s closed in 3 minutes. The transfer close today? Not tomorrow?
Are we playing a two man midfield regularly now?Pogba, McTominay, Matic and Fred.

Vidic and Evra?
Evra, Vidić?
2006, 13 fecking years ago, it hardly sets a president!Vidic and Evra, but sadly those were much different times.
Oh yeah, on closer look it's a small boy.Bullsh#t! You can't buy choc ices in there
Looks like something out of trainspotting.
You obviously cannot replace an entire team in a single window (it wouldn't even be advisable to try) and, whatever we did this summer, we were never going to be title contenders this season.Do people genuinely think that rebuilding a whole team can be done in one transfer window? Maybe I give this place too much credit for being sane and rational
I thought its tomorrow as PL start in Saturday but dont realise that Liverpool start early in Friday. It’s closed in 3 minutes.
Thats a good signing for Everton for about 35 million I guess. I think he's a good player.
