Why would Kostic go to West Ham? He wouldn't. Smells like BS.
More money, London life and better league? Obviously he has CL football which is a draw but aside from that WH is a good team to join at the moment.

Gianluca Scamacca about to sign for West Ham. Missing fringes, the final figure is around 40 million euros including variables.

This is what caused the Koundé to Chelsea links to strengthen in the last few hours:
Watch what Relevo has had access to.

Laporta, to a fan in Las Vegas: "Koundé? He's signed by Chelsea".
Laporta has already written Koundé off?

This is what he told Esteban Flores, a fan who asked him in the hall of the Hotel Palms, who was told that he is going to Chelsea.

Even with their newest lever pulled, their wages will not allow them to register all their new players. It very well could be FdJ refusal to leave helped Chelsea with this transfer.

Gianluca Scamacca on the verge of signing for West Ham. The final figure is around 40 million Euros*.

*variables included

The exact figures from the article:
  • Scamacca: €36m base fee + €6m variable payments
  • Kostic: €12m + €3m variable payments
  • Both Sassuolo and Frankfurt are on the verge of accepting West Ham's offers.

Timothy Castagne, Atletico Madrid's #1 choice at right back! In search of a replacement for Sime Vrsaljko, the Colchoneros have made several offers for the Red Devils but the structure of the deal does not suit Leicester City

The economic situation of Atletico Madrid does not allow them to meet the expectations of Leicester City at the moment. However, things could accelerate if there is a departure at Atleti.
Leicester City, who must sell to buy, could then be convinced. 2/2

I guess they’ve given up on Broja?

One of Turkey's most promising players is likely to go to Rangers.

Source:
Beşiktaş and Rangers have reached an agreement for the transfer of Rıdvan Yılmaz for a fee of 6.5 million Euros and 20% of the profit from the next sale. Rıdvan Yılmaz's representative has started negotiations with Rangers officials for the contract details.

Rangers have offered Rıdvan Yılmaz a 5-year contract.

So, Barca needs to 'lever' out FDJ if they are to register their new players? Has there been confirmation which, if any, new signings have been registered?

The last player to be registered was Christensen. Barca can pull all the levers they want, it does not change their wage cap set by La Liga. They are currently over that cap now.

They need FDJ, Depay, Braithwaite and a couple of other players out to do what they really want re: wages.
