Totally agree with your post. We should be all over him if Watford decides to cash in on him this summer (might be unlikely now that Dennis got sold to Forest).Watched Watford's games this season and he been the outstanding performer by a mile. He's better than Ismail Sarr and only 20 years old. Not an out and out striker, likes dropping deep and can play wide, but he's a rough diamond for sure. Not prolific by any means yet but he's aggresive on the ball and doesn't shy out of challenges, exciting to watch, drives the ball forward. Would love to see him realise his potential.

He sure had a bit of fall from grace. Was quite the talent when he moved to Roma. Injury troubles, or just not making the next step?
Can easily visualise him in a Newcastle shirt. Think that would be a good move for both player and Newcastle.Tweet

Mostly the latter. He had lots of potential, but he didn't really get much better than his younger years. He's a decent player, but that's it.He sure had a bit of fall from grace. Was quite the talent when he moved to Roma. Injury troubles, or just not making the next step?
Was also overrated when younger due to who his dad is.Mostly the latter. He had lots of potential, but he didn't really get much better than his younger years. He's a decent player, but that's it.
Wolves must feel good about being able to get the player's agreement. Bigger clubs have baulked at the price that Sporting demanded, and Nunes himself wants to go to a bigger club that has the potential to challenge for trophies. In that case, I'd be surprised if Nunes actually signs for Wolves in the end, but maybe they're an exception.Tweet

AGREEMENT BETWEEN CLUBS: Sporting CP and Wolves have an agreement for the transfer of Matheus Nunes in a deal worth 45 million Euros + 5 million Euros in add-ons. The Portuguese midfielder is now negotiating the contract conditions with the English club.
It’s an obvious ploy to unsettle him and get us to negotiate. We have to stick to our guns and hold out for the release clause.@Blades1889 Brugge are getting serious about Berge.

- Brugge's offer: €15m + add-ons
- Club record transfer if this goes through
- Sheffield United rejected this offer.
- Berge prefers a PL move but is open to returning to Belgium in order to play CL football.
- The player isn't pushing for a move to Brugge as of yet.
- Lower-end PL clubs have submitted offers for Berge.
- Writer's commentary: potential relegation fight
I wonder if this means they have finally accepted an offer for Gibbs-White? Similar fee and the Forest rumours are constant.Tier 1:

I see City have also hijacked “Manchester” when referring to Manchester City. Manchester will always mean United ya cnuts. He said he was a boyhood City fan...Tweet

It took him the whole summer to accept not going to a top club. I feel like the Mendes influence is really strong here.Tweet
