'Incredibly dangerous': Trump is trying to get Big Lie promoters chosen to run the 2024 election

Finchem, who has also promoted QAnon conspiracy theories, has been an especially aggressive promoter of the lies that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump and rife with "rampant" fraud.
Finchem attended the January 6 "Stop the Steal" rally in Washington and was photographed outside the US Capitol that day (he denies any involvement in the riot there). And nearly eight months after President Joe Biden's inauguration, he continues to urge Arizona legislators to somehow overturn Biden's victory in the state.

Can you summarize? Can't play it on work computer.

Lake Worth, Florida city commission meeting on Thursday became heated when Commissioner Omari Hardy grilled Mayor Pam Triolo on the response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The meeting soon turned into a yelling match, with fingers being pointed and accusations being thrown from both parties.

The Exchange Became Heated as Hardy Accused Triolo & City Manager Bornstein of Failing to Adequately Respond to the Crisis

During the exchange, Hardy accused Mayor Triolo and City Manager Michael Bornstein of “turning off people’s lights during a global health pandemic.” He also said Triolo had refused to call an emergency meeting to work on the city’s response to the crisis.

Things got heated when Triolo asked for a second and a vote, and Hardy interrupted, saying “are you telling me that you’re going to keep me from talking right now?” Another commissioner answered, “you’ve talked all evening.”

Hardy then said, “Look here, you’re calling me disrespectful because I’ve interrupted people. But this gentleman [Bornstein] has turned off people’s lights in the middle of a global health pandemic. That’s what that gentleman did. And you think I’m disrespectful for interrupting.”

He said, “this gentleman has had the opportunity to do a number of things. He could have banned large gatherings, we could have closed the beach, we could have put a moratorium on utility shut-offs.”

Triolo Called a Recess & Stood Up to Leave But Things Escalated Quickly

Triolo called a recess and tried to leave the room as Hardy yelled: “This is a banana republic is what you’re turning this place into with your so-called leadership.” He said “we should have been talking about this last week. We cut people’s utilities this week and made them pay, with what could have been their last check, to us to turn their lights on in a global health pandemic.”

He then yelled, “But you don’t care about that! You didn’t want to meet! But every other year you go around and beg people for their votes.” He said, “You care more about your relationship with [Bornstein] than you care about the relationship with the people who don’t go to work in this crisis.”

Triolo’s response to Hardy was to say he was “out of order. You’re done. You’re gone.” She also referenced Hardy’s plan to leave the city commission and run for a seat in the Florida State House. She said, “Hardy for state house, you got a camera on that?”

Breitbart News writer John Nolte argued Monday that Howard Stern and the left are using reverse psychology to trick Republicans into dying of Covid.

Stern, Nolte argues, has mocked unvaccinated radio hosts who died of Covid because he and the rest of the liberal media are “deliberately looking to manipulate Trump supporters into not getting vaccinated” — so that they die.

Oh shit....they're onto us folks!! :nervous:

:nervous:

What happened to the right's culture of personal responsibility? Or is that only when it suits them. Oh yeah, it is.
They booed their death cult leader because he said "you guys have your freedom and you don't have to get the vaccine, but i've taken the vaccine and i think you should get it"

It's probably the most coherent sentence Trump has ever mouthed in his life and they were sharpening the pitchforks.

Fox host Lara Logan on Tuesday cited unnamed “bioweapons specialists and intel agents” who told her allowing migrants into the country is a “typical” way to launch a “virus attack” on your own country.
https://www.mediaite.com/tv/lara-lo...to-launch-a-virus-attack-in-your-own-country/

I know Fox has always been like this to some extent, but it feels like the unabashed lying Trump used has now lowered the bar to the floor.

She is essentially priming her hysterical Fox-Q viewers to believe democrats want to help immirants to because it's a way to launch a "bio attack" on white people. After the Brietbart feckhead yesterday say liberals are trying to stop conservatives from getting the vaccine so they die quicker, this seems to be their new play??

Iraq War Veteran Confronts George W. Bush

About time. The whitewashing by the media, of Bush and the needless deaths he caused is sickening.

Mitch McConnell Dismisses Trump as a ‘Fading Brand’: ‘Sucking Up’ to Him ‘Not a Strategy That Works’

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is warning the Republican Party that staying in former President Donald Trump’s thrall will not lead to a viable political future.

The Lexington Herald-Leader obtained a preview of Peril, the upcoming book from Bob Woodward and Robert Costa that has already produced a multitude of explosive details on Trump’s last days in office. According to the new excerpt, McConnell is encouraging the GOP to move away from Trumpism, calling the ex-president “a fading brand. Retired. OTTB as they say in Kentucky — off-the-track Thoroughbred.”

“There is a clear trend moving,” McConnell said. “Sucking up to Donald Trump is not a strategy that works.”

The excerpt comes amid recent reports that Trump is trying to devise a plan with his political allies to have McConnell removed from his Republican leadership position in the Senate. If Trump actually does organize a challenge against him, McConnell is apparently not concerned that this is a political threat.

“The only place I can see Trump and me actually at loggerheads would be if he gets behind some clown who clearly can’t win,” McConnell says in the book. “To have a chance of getting the Senate back, you have to have the most electable candidates possible.”
It's as good as saying . It is over for Trump.

Bullshit X 1000

The 2024 nomination is his if he wants it, and his narcisitic ass will want it. Also, the new wave of GQP candidates are very Trumpian and will always kiss the ring. Turtle sold his party's soul and he is no longer in control.

Edit: Also, Turtle is willing to let the US economy crash in an attempt to regain power. Think about that, tens of millions of people will potentially suffer catastrophic financial loss, as will the country, and Turtle could stop it by having his party do what every Senate session has done: vote to set aside the debt limit. He would prefer suffering instead. That whole party is evil.

So as well as the approaching debt celling which seems to be recurring game of brinksmanship what are the odds on the Biden Infra bill being passed?... will the progressive wing really vote it down if they dont get their $3.5tn social bill... will they settle on a lower figure or will pelosi have to pull the bill at the last moment to stop defeat

Big week for Biden I think as he could come out of this with a more divided party... no infra bill and even more fired up opposition pushing the debt celling to the deadline

According to Pew Research Center, Biden's approval ratings are down 14% with the 18/29, 16% with Hispanics and 18% with Blacks. They want him to deliver.

Exactly, it’s all wordplay bullshit.

Sucking up to ‘Trump’ might be passé, but sucking up to ‘Trumpism’ will be very much em vogue starting in a few months.

So the whole budget and the 3.5T bill is a waste of everyone's time for months? Bernie, clueless outmaneuvered bitch, should retire.

Also, "fuel neutral climate change action", liberal democracy is a joke and will kill everybody.

Welp. No chance of the infra vote happening then.

So the whole budget and the 3.5T bill is a waste of everyone's time for months? Bernie, clueless outmaneuvered bitch, should retire.

Also, "fuel neutral climate change action", liberal democracy is a joke and will kill everybody.

From fox

Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., who is key to Democrats' negotiations on a reconciliation bill, doubled down on his $1.5 trillion topline number for the legislation.

"No, no, my topline has not been -- my topline has been 1.5 because I believe in my heart that what we can do... and what we can afford to do without basically changing our whole society to an entitlement mentality," Manchin said.

Manchin also said he shared the $1.5 trillion number with President Biden in "the last week or so." And he condemned progressives for threatening to tank the infrastructure bill over their reconciliation demands.

"No two bills should ever be linked together to the point where you're going to let the perfect be the enemy of the good," Manchin said.

He told progressives that if they want to pass legislation that he doesn't want, they should "take that to the campaign trail" next year to elect more liberals, rather than hold up the infrastructure bill.

"I've never been a liberal in any way shape or the form," Manchin said. "I'm not asking them to change. I'm willing to come from zero to 1.5 [trillion dollars]."

Asked if he is willing to risk passage of infrastructure bill rather than come up from his $1.5 trillion number, Manchin said the fate of infrastructure "is up to them [progressives in the House], not me."
Not looking promising for the dems

This is on the DNC and their obsession to win over Republicans and attack the left.
