Hard to say as it's so subjective but that Queen performance is certainly great and iconic. It's one I've watched through a few times.

Perhaps best considering the constraints of live aid, namely short set time, and lack of any lighting or special effects. But I really do not know how one decides which is the greatest of all times.

IMO Queen were excellent live, and did perform in front of huge crowds in the 80s. There is a YouTube of their full Wembley show that is well worth watching.
