I just can't get my head around anyone wanting City to win it. They are obviously our biggest rival after Liverpool.

This notion that it's okay because they are a worthless plastic club doesn't wash (even though they are).

Let's also not forget that they are still going for the treble, surely no one at all would choose City winning the league over Arsenal if it also meant a treble.
You voted for City!

I hate both. Its the devil vs the deep blue sea for me.

I haven’t forgotten Arsenal's arrogance during their successful period under Wenger.

And I'd rather we (instead of Arsenal) end City's run just like we did Chelsea's in the noughties.

Edit: City's 3 in a row wouldn’t be acceptable. Neither is a potential treble. I hope Bayern stuff them in the UCL.

City, I don’t live in Manchester and don’t know a single of their fans, whereas Arse fans are insufferable. Not to mention Arteta is a bigger fraud than Pep

Arsenal fans are annoying and a bit delusional but I probably would've mellowed to the idea of them winning the league if not for their weapon of a manager and a certain criminal playing in midfield for them

Same here. Take those two out and it would be a no brainer. As it stands them winning would leave a bad taste in my mouth.

But I want to watch them melt down after not winning any silverware.
Watch them if they don't win, don't watch if they do?

I've lost interest that lot myself. Actually liked Claude but then he got booted and is no longer with us. DT booted too, Troopz left although they're still around somewhere. Think there's just Ty left of the regulars when I would tune in.

It's partly that lot going, it getting old and maybe it not as being as funny since Arsenal got better although I stopped watching before they did. I imagine their views have dropped off since they improved, much less reason to tune in if you're not an Arsenal fan.

I hope Arsenal will win this race, but watching their tomfoolery on and off the pitch I am not that convinced they will...

I rather arsenal, cus it's a one off I don't think they will challenge anytime soon again.
City would break our record and haaland would rub it in our face, most fans may call them plastic but the record books and future fans won't.... Every man city win and record broken would hurt us someday.

It's difficult because I would have HATED to see City win the league back before they became the club they are now. These days though, I feel very little for them at all. I don't consider the club to be Man City really. It could have been any nothing club taken over by the same owners and they would be in the exact same position.

I guess that's why I don't care about 'City' winning. There's nothing there anymore really, and on the other hand, Arsenal are a proper team. The same Arsenal who we had such a rivalry with back in the day. That's why I care about them and why I don't want to see them win the league again.

Much prefer Arsenal. Pain that Liverpool giving it to City.

I find our fans odd that want City to win it. Them and Liverpool our big rivals for me.

City for me, cause it would feel like no one won it.

Also, arsenal aren’t likable at all.

For most of the season I would've preferred Arsenal to win it.

But the behaviour, reactions and general antics of Arsenal fans in recent weeks has tipped me into the City camp. Arteta's touchline behaviour hasn't helped either.

Also, as has been said, City's victories always have a baseline hollowness attached to them because of how they've become what they are and those charges which still loom large over them.

Arsenal and it's not even close.

I cant believe we had Utd fans today wanting a Liverpool today win first and foremost. Our most hated rival should never be cheered on unless them winning benefits Utd for a title or something. That's the only accepted time it's allowed to want them to win and even then it feels dirty.

But to make matters worse City, our second biggest rival, could win three on the bounce and maybe a treble too equaling our records.

If you hate Arsenal more than those two clubs above you're a Spurs fan and just haven't realised it yet.
I’d never want a Liverpool win. But a draw was good. If you’re not annoyed by that smug, whingeing prick Arteta you are more tolerant than most people I know.

It’s also a nice insult to City to want them to win, bless their little hearts. Let them have their moment for they are of little consequence in the grand scheme (or something like that).

Either way, it’s good that Liverpool aren’t going to win it.

City is a club that resembles a boob job, fake and plastic. Arsenal are bigger than them, more fans, I know a lot of Arsenal fans personally, I will never hear the end of it they win the PL

City

P.S Glad it ain't Liverpool that's for sure

Shitty for me. The gooners have become very uppity lately, their sense of entitlement is only matched by the dippers which is now why I consider them as the Scousers of the South.

The Shitty oil money will eventually run dry and they will return to their natural home in league One.

One of the records we still hold is the only club to win 3 PL titles in a row, if City win again then that record is gone

Plus a victory for football vs financial doping

I have no idea why any United fan would want City to equal our record of 3 straight Prem titles.

You know Arsenal fans are so annoying that a slight majority of United fans would rather their 2nd biggest rivals win the title

Said this before but as a Londoner whose football watching friends mostly support Arsenal and is therefore in closer proximity with (insufferable) Arsenal fans…Man City 100%
Pretty much this. The idea of Arsenal winning the title is vomit inducing.

Man City please because Arsenal fans are arrogant. Also, when FFP rules all Man City’s titles void, the record will show no winner for this season if they finish first!

If City were merely plastic, that would be one thing. But they are known cheaters and disgracers of the game.

Arsenal, of course.

You can all say City are irrelevant as much as you want, won't change the fact they'll have won 3 prems on the bounce and equaling our record, a record most people didn't think was possible post Fergie. Add to the ever looming threat of them winning the treble makes Arsenal winning the league the easy choice for me

City winning it will feel like another oil money exploits. Arsenal winning it will be unbearable considering how they're still yapping about the Invicibles almost 20 years later.

No one cares if City win. Plus there's the added amusement that it might not even end up counting anyway.

Arsenal can win it when they cut out the small timey shite every time they're a goal up. I also saw Saka being referred to as "starboy" a week or so back and this is the kind of playground gangsta rubbish that Arsenal fans specialise in and which needs to be kept in the 5th/6th place bracket.

City easy.
Don't care, still Manchester and no, we haven't had Everton Vs Liverpool levels of hatred. As my next-door neighbour City fan growing up with me will attest.
Our real Rivals for me have always been Liverpool, Arsenal and historically Leeds.

Arsenal winning it in this era would be insufferable. Global fans may not understand. Think of the Viera Keane tunnel match and the run ins since the 90s, Pizzagate, Keown, et al.
Arsenal are also THE London club and as a Northerner it adds to their ridiculous pomposity.

City? So what. Manchester club with Oil money. Arsenal aren't some humble fairy tale.
