I'd take Rasmus as he has high potential and all the attributes to succeed in England and I like Viking movies.
I'd very much prefer it (getting Vlahovic) to dropping €100m on Muani.Would be a great fit for you guys.
Just can't warm to Ramos at all,bit like I feel about Mount as well. There is something appealing about adding Martinez who like you say has that warrior spirit. Yes he had a shocking World Cup but looked back to his best since thatThe best 3 options are:
Ramos. Underrated on here I think. He looks like a well-rounded and intelligent striker, experienced already at leading the line at a high level, good goal return, only 21. Problem is he'd cost Kane money, and he's not at that level.
Kolo Muani. An absolute handful, could be moulded into a dangerous weapon. Not convinced he's the reliable 25 goal central striker we need though, more of a Nuñez agent of chaos across the forward line.
Martinez. Suits the Ten Hag style, a warrior, technically very good, goals. Expensive.
Personally I'd avoid spending big money on Hojlund, have a feeling his top level isn't that high and he's certainly not ready to lead our attack next season.
I'd also avoid Benzema. Looked pretty obvious recently he's entering a decline now, and I think this squad does not need another aging superstar the others have to cover for and our tactics have to be adapted for.
I know what you mean about Ramos and Mount. I think they both lack a wow factor, whether it's explosiveness or dribbling ability or pace.Just can't warm to Ramos at all,bit like I feel about Mount as well. Yeah there is no doubt Erik has improved players but those two definitely lack that wow factorI know what you mean about Ramos and Mount. I think they both lack a wow factor, whether it's explosiveness or dribbling ability or pace.
But I also think they are both versatile, intelligent, well-rounded players who are young and could blossom under Ten Hag. See what he's done with a relatively limited player like AWB. Imagine what he could do with these guys.
No. Mediocre player.Bit of a left field option but Tammy Abraham anyone? HG criteria sorted, good work rate, good finisher, relatively pacy, strong. Not sure about his build up play though.
Don't see Brighton selling this summerGet in benezema or Kane, plus Evans Ferguson is the perfect combination we need. By the time benzema or Kane are on a downward trajectory, Ferguson will be ready to step in.

Would be welcomed here with cult status if he could score the winner in Champions League finalI think it's Lautaro. 21, 21, 17. That's his goal tally in the league in the past 3 seasons. Pretty much an established consistent goalscorer unlike Muani/Ramos both having their break out season, or Vlahovic coming off a bad season
Maybe you were joking, but I can see the merit of having someone like Firmino on our team.Firminho
I don't watch him much but based on the WC alone we shouldn't buy him imo. His finishing was absolutely shocking tbh.Lautaro is the only name I can think of with the above characteristics
I think signing a Hojland and a Leonardo is more realistic, with Rashford as a third option. At least in one window anyway. It is looking likely that we may miss out on both Kane (to Madrid) and Osimhen (priced out of move), and Martial would be hard to shift this year, so may be cheaper to hold him rather than move on.
I think we should be having three strikers in the squad. We should buy two out of Hojlund, Sesko and Ferguson to fight it out for the starting position, and the other one to get plenty of minutes as first switch (no clear first team hierarchy).
Then we should have a third striker like Leonardo or Gift Orban to offer a different type of threat, and offer the possibility of switching to a 442 shape if we are chasing a game.
In the cup final, our first team striker (Martial) was injured, so we played a winger up front, with Weghorst as the only recognised striker in the squad.
Having three strikers as outlined above plus wingers (Rashford, Garnacho, Antony, MG) and number 8/10s (Bruno, Mount, Sancho, Eriksen), offers a lot of creativity and attacking threat. At the moment, we are lacking a number 9 (or three).
Love Vlahovic he looks underwhelming because he's a pure striker he doesn't do much else. Like a young Van Nistelrooy.I'd get Vlahović.
Yes his stats might be a little underwhelming.
But, he's big
He's young.
And he's a lefty.
And! If Juventus don't qualify for Europe which looks like it, he's gettable.
Rashford of the season just gone is a far superior player to both of those two. He’s not third option. We’d be buying backups which I’m comfortable with.I think signing a Hojland and a Leonardo is more realistic, with Rashford as a third option. At least in one window anyway.
Some seem to suggest he is more of a wide forward, however also seen people say he is capable of leading the line tooCurious to hear people's thoughts on Kolo Muani? I think he's an excellent all-round centre forward, but I'm not sure he's developed into a natural goalscorer yet. I'm unsure whether he could deliver 20 goals per season which is probably the minimum we need. Not sure Hojlund would deliver that either though
He's definitely a striker. Any game I watched Frankfurt play this season he was clearly the centre forward with Gotze and normally Kamada I think playing just behind himSome seem to suggest he is more of a wide forward, however also seen people say he is capable of leading the line too

That is the issue with both Höjlund and Muani, both are unproven in the PL and are not proven 20 goals a season strikers in weaker leagues. You are buying potential and might be paying too much for it. Höjlund and an experienced player aged 30-32 (who?) is a smart move.Curious to hear people's thoughts on Kolo Muani? My top target but don't see it ever happeningKane for his assist and playmaker foot.
I think even not Eriksen or Bruno is more precise than Kane with the assist and last pass.
Beside being a goalmachine and super sharp finisher. Kane has the precise assist foot in him and his game.
My vote go to Super Kane.
Because he’ll be 33 by the time the season starts and we don’t need another stop gap solution for a player who’s unproven in the league.I know he's getting up in age now but why is Ben Yedder never mentioned lately? I don't know an awful lot about him but his numbers have been good for about 10 years now at multiple clubs.
I know what you mean, but it feels like that might be all we can get.Because he’ll be 33 by the time the season starts and we don’t need another stop gap solution for a player who’s unproven in the league.
We don’t have the luxury of hoping his game can adapt.
