I fully support the appointment of Ragnick,it’s definitely a big step in the right direction for us as a club. But in the short term,I think that we will suffer loads of injuries because of his playing style. His style of play is radically different to what the players are used to.The intensity in the training sessions is also going to go up tremendously.I think it’s inevitable that the players will struggle initially to get used to his methods.
There will be short term pain, but in the long run we will be so much better off as a team.I just wish Ragnick had an entire summer to get his philosophy across to the players.Joining the club mid season is inevitability going to lead to short term setbacks, but I guess it is what it is….
