Fiction? Coincidental weather patterns? Something as yet unexplained?

Apparently there is something similar in the Pacific so i heard on the TV the other week.

Its totally bollox. Fiction would be the best description. For instance, several accidents which happened outside the 'triangle' included just because the ship/plane passed through it. Some the the accidents are not even a mystery, as the reason is known (flying in bad weather, mechanical failure, etc..)

There is a chance that I have a book which refute some of this bullshit at home. If so, I will post details later today.

No. As far as I remember its a very gently sloped mountain which was misrepresented since some idiot could not figure that the actual scale is important. I am not even sure it was in that area.

Again, if I have the material at home I will post more details. (I had this book, but thrown away most of my library when I moved to CA. Not sure if this book have moved or got thrown away.)
