I'll believe it when I see it and it doesn't install a game multiple times, or lock you out of your own files, or feck those files when the server lags and ruins the download.

This would be a coup for Xbox, if his last game wasn't a complete joke. They should be learning from Sony's mistake in Death Stranding.
In what sense? Death Stranding is a very good game. The only issue I see is most people didn't have the patience for it.
Pretty much, most of todays gamers have no patience, Death Stranding was brilliant.
He could be referring to the story, that was a nonsensical mess (sort of comes with the territory with Kojima). It did have a satisfying, zen-like gameplay loop at its heart though, I enjoyed that part.
Like A Dragon is great fun. Might pick up Lost Judgement in September - looks cool

I'm not sure many Xbox gamers will though. It's nice for it to be on the pass and all, but it's a niche game that is best played as a true sim.

Gamepass on PC alone has meant a lot more people have downloaded and played it than normal and I'm sure that'll be true on Xbox too. I can't imagine many actually sticking with it though and it'll remain niche in that sense.
A lot of people will download it just to check out the graphics. I don't care about the flying bit, but I do want to fly over some places I know and see what it's like on there. Then I'll probably never play it again.
Maybe if other boring people come over that I think will be impressed.
