And I was wondering who was knocking the balcony gate, makes sense now.
Is it really serious? Do we expect another one?Same. Confused whether to phone my parents to wake them up or not.
I have no clue. I just came back to chennai yesterday evening. I phoned my parents just to be safe.Is it really serious? Do we expect another one?
Four to be precise. The epicentre was delhi aswell...if this only a build up then except a much bigger oneOk two Earthquake tremors in one night. Massively shitting it right now.
Looks like the tapes were doctored. BJP and Congress can both feck off! Idiots, I hate the politics in this country. This kind of frame up is the kind of thing you see in movies from the bad guys.Well thats the end of AAP, finished in two days.
BJP or Congress?I'd still vote for them if I stayed in Delhi.
AAP.BJP or Congress?
Excuse my ignorance, are you sure that picture #3 matches the carrier? It appears to be an F-14, which was only operated by the Americans (and Iran for a while) -- but the Vikramaditya was bought from the Russians wasn't it? Perhaps I'm mistaken and that's not an F-14. Sorry to take the thread off topic.New aircraft carrier inducted today

mig29 it is, if your interested in military stuff then soon it'll be accompanied by tejas (navy version) but on the other carrierExcuse my ignorance, are you sure that picture #3 matches the carrier? Edit: Ignore me, I think that's a MIG-29k, which makes perfect sense. Silly me.
Go Modi!!!However the biggest takeaway from the survey, is that it has found that most of Kejriwal’s supporters — a whopping 31 percent — are also rooting for Modi as the next PM of this country.
The revelation is not new.
A survey conducted by CNN-IBN and CSDS in October, showed that although Arvind Kejriwal was the most preferred choice for Delhi’s chief minister, 51 percent of those who want Arvind Kejriwal as the chief minister of Delhi want to see Narendra Modi as the country’s prime minister.
I'm curious to know what drives this allegiance to him. Or to any politician for that matter.Go Modi!!!
Ooh yes go genocidal killer yay!Go Modi!!!
Have they adopted the song "Aap jaise koi, meri zindagi main aye - toh baat ban jai"? If not, why not?AAP.

A brilliant bit of pr.I'm curious to know what drives this allegiance to him. Or to any politician for that matter.
Same thing happened in Pakistan. Imran Khan's party was the only one with the least corruption, and everyone thought the Pakistani public may have woken up at last (after years of blackouts, crazy price rises, corrupt prisoner Zardari's reign of terror, etc).Anybody who doesn't vote for AAP in delhi elections is quite frankly a moron. That is all.

Are they any other honest alternatives? Most of them have a criminal record. And Modi's has moderated a lot in recent times. He has changed and I will vote for Modi of now.Ooh yes go genocidal killer yay!

I don't think that comparison holds up here. I personally don't think Modi should become the PM of the country not because he will start throwing minorities in camps but because the very act of him becoming the PM would result in massive polarization across the country.Famous last words of many a German in the 30s...
Is Gujarat India's germany? Of can Modi turn India into a Nazi'esque Germany? Ridiculous.Famous last words of many a German in the 30s...
I don't think we are secular at all.The comparison holds not just because he's a raving lunatic at heart, but because his ideology finds takers in this so called secular nation of ours. There's a tenuous thread holding us together and Modi has the capability to snap that to his own ends.
Also it depends upon which kind of ideology you are talking about. BJP found in last election that you can not win on the plank of Hindutva. Modi's urban supporters right or wrongly see him as a development man and think he can reform the Indian Govt. The comparison holds not just because he's a raving lunatic at heart, but because his ideology finds takers in this so called secular nation of ours.
