Seriously, he's been fantastic with both De Gea and Lindegaard this season. I think we'd be doing very well to improve on a goalkeeping coach of his ilk.
What says the Caf'?
What says the Caf'?
This is not an issue of double standards, you do what's best for the club. Anyway it depends mostly on however will be the new coach.A new manager brings in his staff with him, right? I mean this is what everyone was told when we criticized Round and Lumsden replacing SAF's men.
We shouldn't expect any differently from whoever follows Moyes then. Have the double standards started already?
Yeah exactly. I mean credit where it's due, Woods obviously did a good job. But we shouldn't expect that the new manager will keep him just like we didn't expect Moyes to keep Steele who learned Spanish to help De Gea.This is not an issue of double standards, you do what's best for the club. Same could be said for his predecessorHe's done his job, and so deserves to keep it.
I'm not sure he's better than what we had before.Seriously, he's been fantastic with both De Gea and Lindegaard this season. I think we'd be doing very well to improve on a goalkeeping coach of his ilk.

He is better in air than last season, I don't think that this is even debatable. However, he was showing improvements on the air last season too, though I don't know if the success can be atributed to Woods, or it is simply a young player improving aspects of his game. What exactly is this so called improvement we've seen from De Gea this season that can be attributed to Woods?
De Gea is at the same level he was last season imo (note I'm a big De Gea advocate)
