The players who he is biting need to give him a good smack back aswell instead of letting him away with it, where is big Dunc when you need him ?

He has serious mental issues. I mean, something happens once, OK, it's stupid and wrong but you learn from it. THREE times? On a bigger and bigger stage every time? Holland, England, now the bloody World Cup? I can't believe it, but he truly is insane in some way. Obviously a heavy punishment is in order but I'm not really thinking about that right now. I'm just stunned.

Both England's performance and Suarez now. It's not been a good week for Steve Peters. Better luck in the Tour de France!

Wait surely its about time he gets a genuine long ban as in a couple years. He has done it 3 times!!!! That shows someone who obviously doesn't understand the point of the punishment and should be given a more impactful punishment.

What would you guys say is worse, 3 deliberate potential leg-breakers or 3 bites?

I mean. He needs to be punished. Obviously. Possibly with some psychiatric help. But it's a funny world we live in sometimes.

FIFA will be under huge pressure to act, knowing Blatter he will let the dog off

Why is biting so terrible? Roy Keane deliberately breaking another player's leg is far worse.
How is that I would settle for a broken leg than a bite unless you have a dossier of Suarezs sexual history or any other underlying health problems.

It'd be funny to see him get a years ban or something. Liverpool have no Suarez or money from the sale to fall back on.

That + Sturridge seems to have them bumper things from a pinball machine stuck to his foot this world cup.... Couldn't control a bath

I believe 100% that people's thirst for punishment and revenge is worse than what Suárez has done on the pitch. Outrageous and indefensible action from Suárez, but I do not see the necessity for all these huge insults and demands for an incredibly long ban. Let us find the correct balance, please.
True to some extent. I think a longer ban will be better for him though - He'll need to suffer for his repentance. If he steps on the pitch with the world thinking he's got off lightly, it's going to be absolutely joyless to watch him play.

You have to say fair play to Chiellini. Someone just fecking bit him, so he goes to elbow the cnut. But then he has stopped biting him, so he manages to stop elbowing him.

Should probably be knighted.

What a disgusting little animal. He should be banned for the rest of the tournament. What grown up person bites another man. Thats 3 times he has been caught biting someone on the pitch.

Can't be subtle about this. You're a complete idiot if you can't understand the severity of biting another player in game of football for the THIRD time. People are rightly outraged and rightly expecting punishment.

Guess we should do the same for people who deliberately elbow others, headbutts or for dangerous kicks too. A lot of players would then be suspended from all football.
Are you serious? How are any of them similar to biting? And not just once either, but three times now.

feck me! Ugh, this not good.

Not really sure what we do from here. Do we do anything? I mean it happened with Uruguay, not us.

Still, really pissed of now.

At what point do Liverpool fans turn against Suarez? After biting 3 people, racially abusing a player, 2 handball goals and countless dives what more could he possibly do to change their opinions? He could literally shit on the face of a life sized cardboard cutout of Bill Shankly in front of the Kop and the majority of Liverpool fans would still not want to sell him. Hopefully FIFA have the guts to ban him for at least a year from international football.

He is such a liability. Yay, scores a screamer! Nooo, bites someone and is banned for ages.

What a donut.

3 bites.

I think opponents would be entitled to refuse to play against him. You can't catch hepatitis C from a clumsy tackle.

Yeah but it seems as if Suarez has mental issues, if true he needs time away from the game.

I can't tell if he's just deranged and does these things instinctively or if he is actually trying to be sneaky and get the reaction from the player. Either way got to be a long ban.

It's a typical Suarez trick, mind.

Commit an outrageous foul, then pretend that you're the injured party. Does it time and again.

Can FIFA actually ban him from playing in domestic games? I would have thought any ban would only effect the international games.

Great player. Horrible behaviour. He should be banned at least for the remainder of the world cup.

He has done it twice before, and now he did it at the World Cup - the most important tournament for FIFA. He will get a global ban and it will effect Liverpool as well. They might make an example out of him as it's done in front of the entire world and he has brought the game in shame and has hurt the game, would not be shocked if he was banned for months or up to a year.

You are dealing with FIFA now, they are much more ruthless than FA.

A guy who bites another human on three different occasions has deep psychological issues, there is no way around it. Please don't compare this to players elbowing each other, this is on an entirely different level. Suarez should go to a FIFA approved psychologist and be banned until that psychologist concludes that he is stable enough to play the sport again. Only logical solution.

I'm better than Messi (even though I'm not)
He has a serious mental issue, something comes over him and he can't help it...it's never a push, headbutt, kick but always a bite.

He then realises what's he's done and comes across all sheepish and disillusioned, will get a big punishment this time around
