Victim blaming is pretty scary if you think about it, you can use it to (wrongfully) justify anything you do.

Starting to think Suarez is genuinely a sociopath, but then I'm probably late to the party.

I'm there with you. Im sorry to take it dark here, but the first thought I had here was the Delhi gang rape and how the rapists blamed the girl.
Maybe that came to mind first because I've just recently watched that show about it, but the premise is still victim blaming at the heart of it.

He'll 100 % bite somebody again and that latest quote, if accurate, is him already excsuing himself for when it happens. Psychologists said it after the last incident - the man instinctually reacts like that in certain pressure situations. Hopefully he'll get thrown out of the game completely if he does.

Or alternatively he does it to a Gattuso-like personality who'll promptly relocate those teeth to somewhere between his tonsils and his oesophagus.

Imagine Costa being defender who is marking Suarez. That could actually happen on corners.
No one would even notice Phil Jones is the one who is taking the corner.

Say what you want about the defending, he was superb and his finish for the second was sheer brilliance.

He started slow at Barcelona but he's bloody brilliant. Both goals tonight were fantastic.

That finish for the second is unreal. It is literally perfect.
For a second I thought he was after skying it, only to see it fly perfectly into the top corner.

So, so glad he got too good to stay at Liverpool.

I feel a wave of relief every time I see him line-up for Barca.

So he moves to a better team and suddenly becomes a better big game player...who saw this one coming? Monster of a footballer.

Quite unfair that they have Suarez, Messi and Neymar up front.

Sanchez is a top quality player but Suarez is something else. He's been such an upgrade for them.

They'd be in or around the title again if he was still there, no two ways about it.

Hopefully he´ll get his overbite into Martin Skrtel.

He's a prat, but I love watching him play and it's nice actually enjoying watching him play now he isn't in Liverpool colours, where I didn't want him to do well as it resulted in Liverpool doing well naturally.

Such a gifted player. Made mince meat out of Luiz tonight.

I think any team in the top 7 who had him for a season and deployed him properly would be title contenders and top 4 assured.

Yups, no need to bite them, just mince them with a touch of nutmeg.

Surely Messi, Suarez, Neymar is the best forward line ever seen? i just got back from the camp Nou last week and seeing those 3 jerseys lined up next to each other put little shivvers on my spine.

Suarez, Sturridge, Coutinho?

It almost won the premier league.

He's quality. It's a shame that he is a real piece of garbage as a person. Otherwise he would be even more highly regarded.

It's an insane forward line.

Did anyone else think Suarez's finish tonight was a bit like Nihat against the Czechs?

Yea. The first thing I thought about when seeing that goal was a goal in a match between Turkey and the Czech Republic 7 years ago.
