MEN say United considering selling Rojo and replacing him with Martins Indi

Indi is a stupid player. He's a footballer at high level because of his immense physique first and foremost. Decent defender but a stupid one. Costa would have him sent off in the first half.

Good idea followed by a very bad idea.

Why don't we replace him with someone good, rather than someone Dutch.

mufc cannot afford to sell any cb's atm.

indi isn't even an upgrade.

Didn't they clash in the WC with Indi pulling out his mad eye popping stare?

Rojo has been such a for poor signing £16m plus Nani free on loan for a year. Not only is he average at best, but he's got the worst injury record of our CBs since he's been here. Which says something.

Would be replacing a fairly acerage player with an even more average player. Let's hope it doesn't happen.

Better sign Mustafi instead of Indi who is even more shit than Rojo.

Bizarre that the press continue to link us with Dutch defenders. Van Gaal was less than impressed with his defensive options at the WC hence why he played 5-3-2.

Rojo was probably one of most underwhelming signs I've seen in years. He's got technical talent, but that's about it. His defensive contributions aren't great, and his work ethic/attitude to being a United player isn't suitable at all.
Missing fights , lazy attitude in training etcc. He's a very average player.
However, Indi isn't much better. Thing is, we need another defender who fits the possession style. Who's out there? Christ, it's an awful decision trying to find the right CB.

So for you lot who watch all of the fancy foreign leagues, who should we be buying if we're after a CB? It seems rare that you see a good one any more.

Like Rojo he can also play LB and did so for Porto against Chelsea.

Hmmm, I think Rojo's pretty good personally, but it appears I'm in the minority. He's no worse than Jones.

It's not been as bad as Jones. Jones always manages to find something new to bug him. He's got a heap of recurrent injuries available to him.

At least with Rojo he can cover to positions. If United are going buy a CB it should be one that's better than Blind.

Indi is going to cost as much as Rojo at least. Porto didn't buy him super cheaply considering he went from Holland to Portugal and Porto are notorious for selling high.

Can you be 'more average'?

Anyway, it's a bit annoying Rojo is shite. I was looking forward to having an Argie defender.

I've not seen enough of the Indi chap to know anything about him.

Probably not but Indi can

I like Rojo and think he's fairy underrated but he doesn't seem to be the greatest professional.
te
That's my main issue with him. We're a team competing for the top place in a very competitive league. He seems like our new Anderson in terms of attitude.

Neither are good enough to be first XI players at a top club.

Which is why Rojo isn't a first XI player for us, no?

Nothing wrong with having squad players, you just hope they have reliable fitness.

He's Dutch therefore it must be true, I mean seeing as we've signed so many Dutch players since LVG took over, as correctly predicted by most of the press.

Is Rojo that bad? I've never thought he was amazing but there does seem to be a real dislike here which seems excessive.

 I still remember when people were trying to convince themselves he was an amazing signing. Some Portugese member wrote an epistle on how good he was and people tried to eat it up "good post", "amazing write-up". Maybe he's too avant-garde for United? :(

At this rate Vermaelen's almost looking like a chance gone begging.
