No problem fella! thanks for the heads up, i don't want to cause a drama on a game so i'll try and be good :D as long as i can stand for a bit. I was up there last year for the Palace game and despite the football itself being shocking , i was really enjoying that view point - I like to be able to see the formation lines properly and this spot does seem really good for that.

    Lets hope its a riot.
Yeah, it's a good view for that.

I'm hoping they might be a bit more relaxed about standing up there tonight. Pogba's debut, Mourinho, Ibrahimovic, first home game etc. Plus why not on the back row anyway!

True, but I guess it depends on your schedule the following day.

I love watching footy in the early mornings. Watching the Copa America a couple of months ago, and Japan/South Korea during the Olympics all around 2-4 am was nice for me. I find watching stuff in the early morning whether it be football, movies, tv/anime, etc really comforting.
Yeah but the period between midnight and 4am is like being in a sauna with no way out - plain crazy.
If it were 4am, I would sleep as well and wake up with an alarm.

Fortunately, it's 3pm for me and I am tempted to watch it live.

Don't lie to him, he is going to hell.
Alright @Organic Potatoes you are going to hell for football but, don't worry, you won't be alone there then.
And while you're there, make sure they change the rules for hell so that anything that is football related doesn't count towards it!

We will be fine without Pogba for an hour. I just want to see the ovation he gets. I kinda dont want him to start today.

This! I have the same headache. Really hate not getting it right. I currently have Fellaini starting with Pogba. I come in here to read and try and confirm my views but it just makes you more uncertain of what it will be!!
I really hope the core 4 new signings will start and then Lingard, Smalling and one of Carrick or Schneiderlin come on second half. I want to put Rashford in but it just seems Mourinho is waiting for the cup games to start, in September he will get some games. Arrgh don't know anything! :(
I keep changing my mind as well. I'm starting Pogba with Fellaini now. Leaving Mata on RW. And I went with Smalling over Bailly just because Bailly had a slight knock and didn't train this week apparently. I wouldn't be surprised if he starts anyway, but that's my logic.

I would like to see Mhkitarayan start, but I don't think he will.

Very apt! That, and the feeling of being alone, like you're the only one awake in the world, is why I love it. :D

It's funny but to me there is no way that these 2 names should be in the same book let alone mentioned in the same sentence. I feel like I am in bizarro world :houllier:

A collision near the Trafford Centre has led to bad traffic eastbound from J11 on the M60. Please leave plenty of time if travelling to OT. tweeted at 3:55pm
    Ah I see, thanks.

I also had Pogba and Fellaini in midfield. But after reading Herrera's interview, I have replaced Fellaini with Herrera.

Yeah, wondering now if it will be Herrera and Pogba. Very interesting. If Herrera can adapt to that deeper role (which I'm not really convinced of yet) that would be a fantastic midfield imo. Definitely our 2 most talented cms. Good to have experience and height as other options in Carrick and Fellaini also. Really looking forward to seeing the lineup tonight.

Originally had Carrick and Fellaini but changed to Herrera and Pogba now after that article.
I have changed my team about three times in the last 15 minutes. Had Herrera and Fellaini, then Pogba and Herrera now Pogba and Fellaini. I just cannot think who Jose will play. Will Lingard start? Will Mata start? Will Mikhi start. My head is spinning. Nice problem to have for the manager though.

I think Herrera and Fellaini will start with Pogba coming on for one of them.
That was also my thinking at one point but then I thought Carrick might come in as it'd be a bit strange extending his contract if he's not getting a look in first few games and now with what has been said about Pogba's fitness and Herrera seeing himself as having a big role it has all changed again.

But Fellaini played very well, it'd be unfair to not give him any minutes... Needless to say, predictions will be tough this year which is a very good sign!

I agree with that too. Got him down as a sub - him, Mkhi and Carrick though think Rashford or Lingard if fit will probably come on. After a few games I think we'll get an idea of the side Mourinho will field. He's never been much of a rotator

    This is true though.

It will eventually become easier to predict the lineup, when Mourinho's preferences become clearer, even for him. It's not normal going to a game and all five midfielders (except Schneiderlin, perhaps) seeming to have a chance to start. I don't believe him that much when he says this is about choosing the more adequate player for each game, because that was never his way of doing things. He's just still figuring things out.

I guess there are at least three spots on the lineup very hard to decide. Who will be benched tonight?

    One center-back: Bailly/Blind/Smalling?

At least two defensive midfielders: Carrick/Herrera/Fellaini? (Pogba's starting!)

    Two right-wingers: Mata/Lingard/Mkhitaryan?
