Lots of good comedy from America out there but a lot of the time their taste is different like, shit doesn't join up at all and to me surreal stuff isn't funny without a build or some context, or taking the piss out of something.

This seems like, RACOON IS FUNNY, BIRD IS FUNNY, laugh now plz. No, I won't, Eric.

My thoughts exactly. There are brief moments of amusement but they are quickly stifled by going straight to another obscure tangent. The best thing I saw from him was when they went on each others Tinder and fecked around, it had purpose and whilst still a bit weird it had context to make it funny.
I just realised it's not even from the show.

Not really valid grounds for criticism though is it ? for every "it's just a raccoon" you could equally say "he's just walking stupid" to the Ministry of Silly Walks Python sketch.

There's more of a pretence of normality there though. He walks like moron but everything else is really prim and proper. If he was walking like an idiot and also throwing his desk about and wearing a banana costume it wouldn't work.

I watched about 5 of those clips. I don't think I have ever seen a show so bad in my life, its anti-comedy. There's no structure, substance or wit. Its basically the mighty boosh, 10 years after everyone noticed being random for the sake of random isn't enough.

I was excited too because Hannibal Buress is hysterical.
