Totally forgot about this match, glad I did LOL.
He is not even warm.Martial is off the boil.
A mixture of volleying it a million miles over, and then managing to smash a simple set piece out of play. You watched that game and Memphis grabbed your attention in some way?
Definitely, its just every single player except Herrera and Bailley were, I just find it strange to pick one out who played so little. He was dreadful
Not disagreeing, he was awful. Just my focus was on the players who were there from the start being gash.A mixture of volleying it a million miles over, and then managing to smash a simple set piece out of play.
Absolute turd.
Probably have to remember our "A" team, will have Shaw, Valencia, and eventually Martial and Miki in good form.New season, same shite. Team completely bereft of ideas on how to break the opposition. Other than hoofing the ball, and hoping Zlatan or some other tall player will nick a goal, we have no plan whatsoever. Rojo, Schneiderlin, and Smalling are nowhere near the standard of being a United player. I may be dramatizing, because we lost two games on the trot, but I am really worried that there is no genuine direction on how to play football. When we pressed $hity, we resorted to hoofing the ball, and they dealt with it easily. Same thing today. I know that when there are minutes left on the clock, you have to move the ball quickly in to the opposition box, and crossing it is the quickest option but, good Lord, we do it almost everytime.
Didn't think they were particularly bad, just an average game of few chances. Not disagreeing, he was awful. Just my focus was on the players who were there from the start being gash.
How? We drew versus CSKA last year...4 successive away losses in Europe. First time that's ever happened.
Glad to see the record breaking is still going on.
Much larger fault was on Smalling, who randomly ran to the half way line, missed his challenge, forcing Bailley to leave the middle, opening the space.Schneiderlin though cost us the game. Letting Vilhenna free like that was criminal
Couldn't care less what so called experts or FIFA sayNah, he's the best centre back in the league according to a lot of objective football experts. He has got a rating of 84 in FIFA. He has been amazing for us in the past two seasons. How can you say that he isn't good enough for us, when there are like 20 worse players in our squad?
this for me to. Everytime I see the team and think we will win.I just don't understand why we're so bad
Wolfsburg, Midtjylland, Liverpool and now Feyenoord. How? We drew versus CSKA last year...
You said some nonsense like it was the worst game everEveryone in this thread bar you can't be wrong
We have arguably the second best squad in the league. It most certainly is on Mourinho. I was confused when the players were at blame against City - both these games have been tactical blunders and an incredible inability to utilize the players at his disposal. This is as much on Mourinho as on the players. These tactics or lack thereof are horrendous.
Please, don't feed the trollFrom the match thread to here, Why do you keep ranting about rooney and making these useless contributions?
Oh right, completely forgot about our EL adventures last year.Wolfsburg, Midtjylland, Liverpool and now Feyenoord.
I agree with this , with the team we had out and certain players getting there chance I expected a better performance .Its the performance thats more worrying than the actual result.
Mata to me can only play a No. 10. If you play 4-3-3 you have to have pace on both sides.I hope this was the last time I had to see Mata playing as a right winger. I don't think I have seen anything more pointless than him trying to play on the wing.
Exactly. Win v Watford, and no one will give this a seconds thought.I wanted us to win this very much after Saturday. Yet I'm not gutted because this was really a draw match with them just parking the bus and being gifted a goal by poor officiating.
Blind - Bailly partnership has worked pretty well, wouldn't tinker that. Smalling has been very good last season but he's the one who may have to wait on an proper opportunity. Its always nice to have good options like the 3 of them vying for the 2 spots. So you'd play Blind instead of?
I don't blame you!Oh right, completely forgot about our EL adventures last year.
Yeah, can you believe that! Sell him to China, pronto! He's not even in Holland.
