I get that impression as well.Jones, Smalling, and Shaw are all gone this summer.

It's indeed a new level of delusion. How Mourinho convinced our fans that we have players who just can't be bothered to turn up is just genius on his part. Seems like the old adage that if you keep repeating a lie, people will believe it, is true in this case.I don't think I've ever seen this before. Fans wanting players out over a suspicion they're purposely delaying a return to the first team. Jose's venom slowly seeping into the collective conscious.
Personally, I want them out first and faremost because they can't be trusted to stay fit and this has been our downfall for a number of seasons now, also all of them are completely rubbish as far as building a quality side goes.I don't think I've ever seen this before. Fans wanting players out over a suspicion they're purposely delaying a return to the first team. Jose's venom slowly seeping into the collective conscious.
I thought the same when I saw that qoute. A small part of me wants the injury to be significant enough to warrant the substitution because if it turns out to have been a precautionary sub then I think it's over for Luke.Sounds like Shaw's in for it too.
Smalling was in a leg brace a week ago, doing strengthening work in the pool just a few days ago. Do posters think he's pretending with physios indulging this pretence? It's remarkable, really.
Yeah seems to be the case. It's indeed a new level of delusion. How Mourinho convinced our fans that we have players who just can't be bothered to turn up is just genius on his part. Seems like the old adage that if you keep repeating a lie, people will believe it, is true in this case.
How about because it might just rescue their careers under Jose and be the difference between us making the CL and missing out.I still don't get why these constant attacks. The 2 players know that one of them will be sold no matter what and the 2nd will at most be a squad player for 1 season and probably sold after that.
Why would they risk aggravating their injuries for a manager who is most likely going to reward them by selling them! They haven't even reached their peak years yet, why should they risk their careers by aggravating their injuries?
Agreed. Its appalling. Similar to what he did with Carneiro too isn't it? Jose must have quite the medical degree. What a complete ass he is.I don't think I've ever seen this before. Fans wanting players out over a suspicion they're purposely delaying a return to the first team. Jose's venom slowly seeping into the collective conscious.
He prefers not to talk about them but does at the same time. Good old Jose.Jose after the game:
Calling them out again.
I'm not sure if Mourinho will sell 2 CB's, depends on what other options are out there. But agree about Jones and Shaw. They're simply too injury-prone. Wouldn't be surprised if Mourinho tried to get Pepe. He's still good enough in my opinion. Add Keane to this and the CB's will be competitive enough next season.I get that impression as well.
Good! I've never seen a bigger bottler in football than Shaw, he's a joke.Jones, Smalling, and Shaw are all gone this summer.
How about Jones being constantly injured? Is that good enough reason?I don't think I've ever seen this before. Fans wanting players out over a suspicion they're purposely delaying a return to the first team. Jose's venom slowly seeping into the collective conscious.
Its likely a mentality thing. We have a good number of players locked into moderately high wage (or full on high wage) contracts who think they can mosey about and collect their massive paychecks like they're at a resort or something. I hope Jose cleans house in that regard - which will obviously mean Rooney, Young, Jones, Smalling, and Shaw could all go.I'm not sure if Mourinho will sell 2 CB's, depends on what other options are out there. No idea who the LB might be. Mendy? Guerreiro? Rose? Someone else?
There's an argument to be made that Jones and Smalling should be moved on because they aren't good enough for this club.I don't think I've ever seen this before. Fans wanting players out over a suspicion they're purposely delaying a return to the first team. Jose's venom slowly seeping into the collective conscious.
Aye, it has definitely had an effect on a lot of posters here.I don't think I've ever seen this before. Fans wanting players out over a suspicion they're purposely delaying a return to the first team. Jose's venom slowly seeping into the collective conscious.
Yes it is.How about Jones being constantly injured? Is that good enough reason?
The same tactics that have seen him win 8 domestic titles, two European cups and countless domestic cups. What an absolute cnut that man is. What purpose do these bullying tactics serve other than to deflect from his own failings?
Yeah Jones was seen walking in Manchester a few weeks ago.Mourinho has access to medical reports.
I'll give you guys Smalling since he was in braces a week ago, but Jones and his toe? Give me a break. Terry played for a whole season with a broken toe.
Suspect it is a mentality thing with Jones because of all the injuries he has had, similar to Saha.
Will be glad to see the back of him, stolen a living for too long. More than two whole years out injured during his spell with us. It is ridiculous.
Don't do it mate, resist the temptation to twist the argument. If you've had enough of Jones not being fit that's fine, I actually agree.Yeah, Jose is instilling the venom.
Somebody please post Jones' injury list ever since he joined us.
So it's possible he's delaying his comeback..Yes it is.
Why would Jose purposely make enemies amongst his squad? How exactly does that benefit him?Agreed. Its appalling. Similar to what he did with Carneiro too isn't it? Jose must have quite the medical degree. What a complete ass he is.
Boom. Its likely a mentality thing. We have a good number of players locked into moderately high wage (or full on high wage) contracts who think they can mosey about and collect their massive paychecks like they're at a resort or something. Aye it's a gamble, but if the players can't see what he's trying to achieve or indeed are questioning a man who has won it all, then they need to take a look at themselves.Jose not completely innocent, his psychological gambling could be creating a fear amongst players. Playing for us is getting to be a bit like playing for England, not something the players necessarily look forward to.
Madrid and above Spurs fan not liking Jose.It seems like he's trying his best to lose the dressing room.
This might get laughed at but I think Jose's lack of empathy is solely down to his lack of ever having played top level football.Agreed. Its appalling. Similar to what he did with Carneiro too isn't it? Jose must have quite the medical degree. What a complete ass he is.
It's his 'venom'.Why would Jose purposely make enemies amongst his squad? How exactly does that benefit him?
Why would Mourinho make it look like that? It's indeed a new level of delusion. How Mourinho convinced our fans that we have players who just can't be bothered to turn up is just genius on his part. Seems like the old adage that if you keep repeating a lie, people will believe it, is true in this case.
I'm no fan of Smalling but the guy has never been part of his preferred CB pairing. The only reason he was playing was due to injury to Bailly. Ditto for Jones. They know that the manager doesn't fancy them and it makes no sense to play through injury and if you perform poorly, clubs like Arsenal, Everton and the likes who may be potentially interested in them may just back off.How about because it might just rescue their careers under Jose and be the difference between us making the CL and missing out.
And the club they end up leaving for will certainly not be challenging for trophies. Is that not reason enough?
No you asked is Jones being constantly injured enough reason to want him out. To which I replied "yes it is."So it's possible he's delaying his comeback..
And it's not just Jose's 'venom' how you have beautifully put it.
