How would he fit Ozil in the team? Seriously doubt he'd play him on the wing and the midfield is pretty packed now
I wouldn't put money on it, I just wouldn't be surprised.

He could put him out wide for sure, or behind the striker depending on formation

Teams get 3 points for a win plus a point for every goal scored in the Emirates Cup. Arsenal won one match and scored 6 therefore had 9 points. Sevilla won two matches and scored 3 goals therefore had 9 points. Both teams had equal goal difference but Arsenal had scored more winning the tiebreaker and the illustrious title.
This is the dumbest shit I've ever heard.

How many clubs have gone bankrupt? Yes, some have suffered from over spending, but not that many.

If someone has deep pockets they should be allowed to use them as they want. Just because you spend the most money doesn't mean you will have the best team.

At the risk of detailing the thread I will leave it there.
You need to check the debt / income ratio of some of the EPL clubs. It's literally massive, and it's not normal. Those should be handled.

Aurier has reached agreement with Man Utd. Waiting for a favourable result of his court case re. entering the UK (authorised by PSG to speak with other clubs)

If he assaulted a cop he shouldn't be allowed in the country, footballer or not.

Aurier okay to go to Man United, he's waiting for a favourable outcome in his trial.
Positive news hearing he's motivated to move here. At the rumored fee, he can be huge success while the stake for this gamble is rather cheap in this market. Finger cross for his trial.

Anyone knows what happened with Valencia missing this game? Ever since the new year, I have a feeling Mourinho has been trying to manage his fitness with resting him more than usual. If that's the case, it makes sense for planning for the future with Aurier

I've no idea why Valencia missed today's game but Mourinho did say sometime last year, that Valencia can't play two games in a week.

I think he feels Valencia is the player we don't have back-up for so he wraps him in cotton wool at times. Reckon he doesn't think Fosu-Mensah is quite there - if we sign Aurier, I'd say it's a near certainty Fosu Mensah will got out on loan, which might not be a bad thing for him.

Yeah that would be good. I've been against sending TFM on loan due to how little backup we'd have for Valencia but if we did sign Aurier, TFM could definitely benefit. I reckon he could potentially get a Premier League loan or at least one with a good Championship club. I'd imagine he's pretty well regarded

Can't see us getting Aurier, Jose said 4 players and only last week said he wanted a DM and a winger.

Might not have been banking on this since it could be blocked. Also possibly just a case of this one player interesting him due to the low asking price as opposed to him simply wanting a rb

I'd be quite disappointed if we go into the market for another full back and still ignore the fact we don't have a left back.

Far more pressing matters in this team even if he is a bargain!

Unless someone is leaving. Darmien maybe.
