I thought Jose was going to play the same team and formation now in preparation for the final. With about a week in between there's plenty of rest time.
He's gone 3 at the back today which I also thought he'd do for Madrid, but whether he uses it in the final we'll see.
Every game this summer has been ruined in the second half due to all the changes and formations. This second half is probably the worst so far.
If we play him with someone else he will be fine. Not sure I would want him on his own. He could get isolated. Still think we need Perisic.
All he does is say "go on, pass it, shoot it!" that's not commentary that's what your dad does while watching the game.
It's a pre season friendly.

ruined is a bit OTT , these sort of games are for match fitness, which you can see they all have and maybe a bit of experimenting with different positions and players.

The ball was played in behind him so he had to turn and stretch. How can you not see that? Nor it seems did you realise his clearance was deflected. People who were attacking Mata forgot that he had picked up an injury and missed half of our preseason because of it. He didn't prepare himself well during this summer.
