I think it worked out well for us because Robson is a better force going forward than Keane...

Nothing special. Just focus on tactics. If you want to highlight a players ability, go ahead, just avoid full profiles. And avoid profiles for common players.

And how exactly would that work? It is the auction format setting the prices.
We could assign players a set value (assume same values as this draft) and then say you have $1bn to work with. You can choose players from the list as long as you are within your budget. There won't be bidding on players as you have in an auction draft
